商務出差住了三晚上，因為帶着孩子老婆，預訂了一間親子房（一張大床，一張單人）讓服務人員送雙一次性拖鞋，告知收費3元，而且樓層服務態度極差，房間衞生打掃也是很差，不願意再住第二次！

先不説酒店這個環境差，那房間還趕不上小旅館
特別是前台的服務員，辦事又邋遢，態度又差，一問三不知，脾氣又大，要不是訥河沒有別的酒店，不會住這家，那前台回回跟個怨婦一樣

這房間寬敞明亮暖和安靜，對床墊很滿意，茶几沙發泡茶吃飯，洗澡水温度適合，周邊隨意走走感受大東北的冬天雪地，很滿意

衞生間異味較大，整體體驗不是很滿意，開發票環節不能開專票，衹能開普票（還不能出具不能開專票證明）如果開專票的快遞費用需要客人承擔

老舊，連走廊的燈都捨不得開。我們一家三口出行，讓服務員多送一套牙刷給孩子使用。居然要收費，難道這裏不提供給家庭住宿的人住嘛？

二十多年住的最差酒店，198一個房間，大夏天進去竟然不給開空調，七點左右進酒店發現中央空調沒給開，然後第一次跟服務員聯繫，一直到將近晚上十點，經過無數次找服務員，終於把空調給開了，但是兩個多小時半夜的時候服務員又偷摸的把空調關了，然後又找前台，又給開了一會，不一會又偷摸把空調關了，這樣的酒店真是讓人無語啊，長見識了

房間大，明亮寬暢，燈光配置也很好，佈局合理，洗刷，坐，卧很舒服，很享受。我們認為在同等價位上相同的房間，弘韜國際酒店的房間是最好的。離火車站離近，步行不用十分鐘，上夜市打的起步價。我們隨行的朋友都表示下次來訥河，首選住在弦韜國際酒店。
