Breakfast is delivered to the room. If you don't eat in the room, you can only eat at the small table next to the front desk. Breakfast is bought from the breakfast shop next door. The room was extremely small, dirty and noisy. I could hear clearly what the neighbors said. I had no idea what was making the noise upstairs in the middle of the night. The upstairs was not a hotel, and knocking on other rooms' doors felt like knocking on my own. The light could shine in without reservation. The bath water was hot and cold, the toilet was very small and the bath towels were placed outside, and there was nowhere to put the bath clothes. There was a small glass in the shower room, but there was no curtain and two-thirds of it was covered with colored cellophane, leaving part of the room uncovered, which made me feel unsafe. The window in the guest room is very small, a bit like the window in a prison cell with only a small window at the top. The bedside was covered in dust and cobwebs, and the bathroom was dirty with scale. Fortunately, the sheets are clean. This 0.5 is for the sheets.

Staying at Jinse Hotel was a very pleasant experience. The hotel facilities are very new and clean, especially the bedding is very comfortable. The butler service is also very attentive and provides free snacks and fruits. The location of Jinse Hotel is very convenient, with many food and shopping places around. The hotel's butler service was very good and helped me a lot. The free snacks and fruits in the room were also great and made me feel very warm. Five-star praise!

Very poor check-in experience, as follows: 1. The room type I booked was 30-40 square meters. The room arranged was extremely small and an abnormal type. I was seriously suspected of deliberately downgrading my room type. 2. It was extremely noisy outside the room we arranged. There was a loud blower sound all night long. The most terrible thing was that there was a window that couldn't be closed, so I had to endure the noise. 3. The remote control of the smart toilet is useless and cannot be operated. After using the toilet, I don’t know how to flush it. It took me a long time to find it and press it randomly on the side that is completely invisible. 4. The hot water in the shower room was extremely small, and I spent the entire bathing process shivering. 5. The so-called small refrigerator is ridiculous. It is empty. Do you want me to drink air? 6. There was actually a piece of toilet paper used by someone else to wipe their butts behind the toilet door. It was too unsightly so I didn’t take a photo of it. How dare you put a high-end hotel in such a condition. . . . If you managers see this and want to pay attention to it, of course, I will not come again.

The room smelled very bad and the sewer water backflow was very serious. I asked the front desk and the front desk only asked the cleaning lady to spray some cleaning water. It was very poor.
