Shreyas is an oasis of peace and beauty. Set close to nature, it offers a perfect blend of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda. The massages are deeply relaxing, and the gourmet meals are nourishing and delicious. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, making it a complete retreat for mind, body, and soul. It’s an experience that words can’t fully capture – you truly have to be there to feel it!

Flawless three nights surrounded by the most gracious people. Balance is at the centre of everything here. Nothing is too much or too little - the variety in the food and culinary expression, the rooms and the resort, the spa and meditation rooms, and even the eagerness in service. The digital detox doesn’t feel forced, your mind and body just lean in to it. It wouldn’t be fair to call any one person out as special to my experience here. Some we saw, and the warmth of others we felt in every meal, freshly made bed, and spruced up bathroom. While you tuned in with closed eyes to the voice of the meditation teacher, you felt gentle steps around you spreading the fragrance of sambraani. Slowing things down, away from a fast paced over stimulated world here is a team that marches to a very different beat. I have come back feeling alternately exhilarated and exhausted after most vacations. This one left me revitalized in more ways than one. I do hope I have the opportunity to go back and spend some time with these very special people.

I booked this resort with very little research—there wasn’t much available online, and no one from my circle had been there. But sometimes, your gut just nudges you in the right direction, and I’m so glad I listened to it. My family and I arrived around 9 PM, when it was pitch dark and hard to see much of the property. But from the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed by warm, respectful staff who instantly made us feel at ease. And then the next morning… I woke up to the chirping of birds and the gentle rustle of trees—it was magical. The resort itself is stunning!! ; surrounded by lush greenery, with only 15 rooms, creating an intimate and peaceful atmosphere. It truly feels like a home away from home. What makes it extraordinary, though, is the people. The staff feels like a big family, and they treat every guest with genuine love and care. You can tell they live by the beautiful philosophy of “Atithi Devo Bhava”—the guest is God. I don’t want to say too much, because this is a place you must experience for yourself. This resort isn’t just a hotel—it has a soul, offering luxury in its simplest, most heartfelt form. A huge thank you to Rucha, Bala, Mani, Dr. Sateesh, Dr. Suraksha, Dr. Anvidha, Giri, and the entire team for all the love and care. You made this stay truly unforgettable.

Amazing experience worth a try would highly recommend Go with a goal and they will help you with it the staff is extremely courteous the food is veg and amazing Ayurveda treatments are highly recommended max 30 guests can be accommodated at one time the attention to detail and guest service is better than any five star hotel

We recently returned from a 7 days stay at Shreyas. It was a wonderful and holistic experience. The retreat offers a wholesome experience which includes well planned meals, yoga and meditation sessions and ayurvedic treatments. Each member of staff was personally invested in ensuring our stay was comfortable and meaningful. If you are looking to reconnect with your physical, mental and spiritual health, Shreyas is the right place. Thank you Mani ji, Manohar, Dr. Anvita, Dr. Akil, Santosh, Dinesh, Krishna (security), Ramakant ji, Rita ji, Heena ji, Bala sir and all staff members for a truly caring and nurturing experience. Its the small things that the staff did for us that made the biggest impact.

Shreyas Retreat exceeded our expectations. We recently enjoyed 10 nights of the Wellness for the Soul Package. We found the amenities to be a perfect complement to the outstanding yoga and meditation sessions. The grounds are a pleasure for the senses, fresh, lush green, fragrantly flowering and filled with delightful bird song. Our tented cottage was cozy and clean. Delicious, healthy food was perfectly presented in the beautiful dining area. The spa is comfortable, relaxing and offers a vast variety of treatments. The level of personalized attention given to every small detail of our visit by the amazing staff has left us feeling truly pampered and genuinely cared for. We have been enlivened and rejuvenated, body, mind and spirit. This was our first stay, and we are already looking forward to a return visit.

I have visited over 14 years this retreat. This time having spent 2024 with serious health issues, i came with many problems. Shreyas has supported me during last year by giving advice and sending where appropriate ayurverdic medication. I spent 3 weeks following the pancharkarma programme under the team of doctors - Dr. Sateesh. I have recommended at least 3 persons to attend and one of them had many challenges and it completely transformed his health. It is interesting to see so many people return time and again for their incredible yoga. I can only say that if you have health issues and wish to try this type of medication, you can still follow and take your regular medication. you can also find out in advance if such a health issue can be addressed. I feel incredibly blessed to have the opportunity of spending such quality time there and cannot thank each and every member of staff who go above and beyond to make the stay as best possible.
