One of the worst welcomes I've ever experienced. Upon arrival, we were offered a glass of juice that was barely 30% full, with no apology or care from the reception staff. The lack of attention and professionalism was shocking. It set a disappointing tone for the rest of our stay. Overall, a very underwhelming and unsatisfactory experience—definitely not what we expected!

Best part of stay is quality and prompt service of staff specially Gehendra Basnet in Banquet management!!!service in restaurant must be prompt as well. There are some room for improvement specially on breakfast and launch areas… overall enjoyed this trip!!

The rooms were spacious with every amnities one would look for. Bar though small served the purpose. Breakfast has a lot of food options. The staff are friendly and supportive. Situated nearby the main destinations to be in Nepalgunj like airport, shopping complex, market, temple, etc. yet quiet and peaceful.

I found service Excellent, Kudos to Gehendra Basnet. Good food. Room is also nice, clean and cosy. Conference room facilities are good. I would like to recommend for this hotel. However, rest rooms in conference hall needs to upgrade. Thank you.

The rooms are good, clean and kept well. The restrooms inside the main building is very good. The staff who served the banquet hall during our one day long meeting, Gehendra Basent, was not just efficient and helpful but also had a warm personlality. However the restrooms adjacent to the banquet hall does not suit the 5 star standard in terms of infrastructure and cleanliness. This can be improved a lot.

Just amazing and wow all the facilities were absolutely perfect and as per standard. Delicious foods buffet dinner was beautifully decorated. Room were neat and clean appointed amazingly. Spa service was super relaxation swimming pool were beautiful view.

This time also got a chance to stay in this beautiful place throughout my journey. I am never very happy when I in lobby all the staff remember me with my name they game me warm welcome with chilled welcome drink all the services was absolutely perfect. Thank you soaltee team for one more memorable stay.
