The room was small, but the terrace, shower, hairdryer, and cleanliness were all very thoughtful. And, importantly, on-site parking was safe and convenient. "This is the accommodation I stayed at after touring Caminito del Rey and El Torcal during my trip following the Santiago pilgrimage. The air conditioner was broken, which was worse than I expected, though they did provide hot water. It would have been nice if there had been at least a kettle."

"First of all, it has the potential to be a great hotel, location is ideal and the hotel room was big with a large terrace balcony. However, there were plenty of issues that customers need to be made aware of. Firstly, the A/C unit was leaking and left our balcony flooded and a bucket was left that we had to empty ourselves throughout our stay. There was no towel or bedding replacements during our stay. Bins weren’t emptied and we did not know where we could take our rubbish. The rooftop pool is supposed to be a non smoking area, but cigarette butts and ash completely covered the floor under the loungers meaning footwear had to be worn at all times. The pool ladders had also come loose which caused my pregnant wife to fall into the water when she lost her footing when the ladder moved from underneath her. Hairs on the bedding upon arrival and lights not working. The condition of the balcony was sub par with the turf peeling up where it had been flooded causing a tripping hazard and tiles along the balcony were smashed. No parking for the hotel and the carpark across the road is manned throughout peak times and was very difficult to park (not the hotels fault but something to keep in mind) Lastly but the biggest deal breaker in my opinion. The kitchen knife provided had actually separated from its handle and caused me to cut my hand while trying to prepare our dinner on our first night, not a great way to start a holiday. All in all, the hotel need a serious look at to review whether the product served is the product advertised as there was a lot of issues that could have been addressed before our arrival when we were made aware of our room being ready."

"Spotless room and bathroom. Bed was comfy and spacious. There’s a small fridge and kettle also in the room which was an added bonus. There were limited coat hangers but luckily we did take some as well."

"The hotel is located in a quiet street near the city centre. The room has a large bed, smart TV, coffee shop, a sofa to rest that makes the room even more comfortable. The room has balcony that gives a garden. We would stay back there!"
