Imperial Palace Hotel

Fantastic hotel. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Cant wait to go back next year. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The doors don’t close properly, the bathrooms leave much to be desired, and at the reception there’s a young lady named Aleksandra something, who quite visibly seems to be working there against her will, because no matter what you ask her, she either refuses to answer or simply mocks you. For example, we asked where we could find water – since it’s all-inclusive, they have 5 locations where drinks are available, but only during specific hours – and we were sent to Carrefour instead. Same with the towels, although we later found out there were actually towels available for guests at the spa. As for the activities – good luck finding them, because, and I quote, they are "somewhere around here," according to the staff. The food is barely edible, and it’s basically the same at both lunch and dinner. The only different meal is breakfast. I’m not sure if you could eat the same thing twice a day for several days in a row – in our case, 8 days – especially when it's dry or borderline spoiled from sitting too long under the heat lamps after no one ate it. At the restaurant entrance, there’s a line long enough to fill you up by the time you get in, and the same long line at the dessert counter and in the pizza area – the pizza being almost the only edible item, so everyone crowds around it. Overall the location is as în the pictures but the food and the staff needs to be replaced.. Beware if you make the reservation o booking because if you don't book the all Inclusive plus package you cannot use some of the facilities!
