Mirage Hotel
"Great location right at the beach. Hotel has elevator direct to the beach. There are no supplied beach or pool towels. You need to buy them from the reception or souvenier shop . The Room I stayed 101 had a great Balkon direct to the beach and Hotel pool. The breakfast was good. Standart english and continental with daily change of local specialities. Great variety of Mueslie and additional extras."
BSA Boulevard Boutique

Family Hotel Romantik
"My friend and I decided to visit Sunny Beach and we just chose a random hotel. It turned out to be a comfortable experience and we are very happy with the hotel. The room was standard with a hair dryer, mini-fridge, nice air-conditioning, a balcony and an ironing board in the hallway just outside. Both the bathroom and the main room were really clean. I could not see a spot of dirt or stains anywhere. I even checked the mattress, and it looked brand new. The hotel is also very quiet at night and you don’t get disturbed by the partying in town when you want to sleep. It seemed that the reception was manned 24/7 and it felt safe. The family that runs the hotel is really friendly and I can tell they are working hard to keep the rooms in good condition. They are also helpful with anything you might need. For instance; They drove us to a far away beach for a good price when we didn’t want to travel with the local taxi cars. They have a pool, which we didn’t try, but we checked it out and it looked squeaky clean as well. We also felt safe with leaving our belongings in the room, such as passports and expensive clothing. Oh, and the hotel is located in a good spot. It is close enough to the beach, close to restaurants, supermarket etc. They even offered free parking when we rented a car."
Castro Mesembria Boutique Hotel
Aquamarine Hotel - All Inclusive
"My daughter is traveling in Bulgaria to participate in an archeological dig. She traveled from Sofia to Burgas. Unfortunately, she arrived at 9 pm, and no buses or taxis were available. No one at the train station spoke English. We called the hotel, and the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. They tried to find a taxi, and when that did not work, they offered to send the shuttle 33km each way for her. I cannot express how much I appreciate them. They are great. Thank you to whoever answered the phone at 9:25 local time on June 14th. Saved the day."

"Very good experience. Nice hotel, good food, cleaning, very nice personal."
Hotel Pliska - Breakfast - All Inclusive Light
"A small nice hotel that is for four stars not for three. Friendly staff, delicious and varied food. The cold kitchen and the chef with his specialties are at the top level. They offer fish dishes every day. Special thanks to the restaurant staff, the bartender Alex and the waiters Mitko and Dani! Polite maids who take good care of cleanliness. I recommend"
AluaSun Helios Beach - All Inclusive
"A lovely week in Ozbor, the hotel was very clean with a perfect location on the beach. The staff are really friendly and the services is excellent. The pool is good but not heated. There is a lovely park nearby and the small town is close, just a 10 minute walk. The restaurant is good, the food has a lot of variety, salads are exceptional and a good coffee range. The warm food can be hit and miss but there is enough variety for everyone. The kids all loved the ice cream deserts. Local Drinks are fine with cocktail options. We came at the end of May so out of season and quiet which is what we wanted ."
HI Hotels Imperial Resort - Ultra All Inclusive
"It was a pleasure to stay at Imperial Resort, I would recommend this location, thank you for everything 😊"
Helena Sands
"Fab hotel Great food Lovely sea views Good location Nice sandy beach Excellent facilities Shop & stalls nearby Good transport links"
Secrets Sunny Beach Resort and Spa - Premium All Inclusive - Adults Only
"Amazing place as always. The staff were lovely and service exceptional"
Imperial Palace Hotel
"The reverse with this place…. On the outside you pull up to a place that befits its name! When you cross the threshold you are met with a run down, inept and poorly run hotel. The rooms are dirty The air-con minimal Room not cleaned Tv not working Bars close early due to lack of staff and large queues waiting to be served Victory Pub has closed its door at 10.30, should be 11 every night so far as staff in a hurry to leave. Staff appear to have given up as rude and attitude, as if everything is against them. All inclusive in name but a poor effort. No entertainment other than residents arguing with staff and beach staff who charges for chairs and umbrellas. Thomas Cook poor effort. Save your money and head to Butlins so much better value."
Hotel Zenith
"Wow what a fantastic hotel ! From the moment we arrived - the fantastic reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. The chefs went above and beyond to make fantastic array of delicious food. Waiter staff were fast and efficient. Even the life guard was friendly! The hotel was spotless and very comfy. We will definitely be back ! Thank you for a fantastic holiday!"
Apart Hotel Efir
"First impressions were not good as we were dropped off late and not near reception and not told where to go... However it did get better the room was acceptable could have had a few more accessories like a microwave. But it was clean and comfortable also cleaned every day. The bar is very friendly and run by a great host who makes everyone welcome . Overall it was worth the money we paid and not nearly as bad as some of the reviews we read."
Olymp Hotel
"I would not stay here again unless the room came with a toilet that was not inside the shower. I’ve never known anywhere where you’re expected to shower where you s**t. The room I stayed had toilet water flowing into the shower when you flushed the loo. Really terrible plumbing. Your literal faeces flowed back out into the shower and needed to be rinsed into the drain. I asked for the toilet to be repaired at reception but something lost in translation and they sealed the base of the toilet. Twin room is ok size. Food is very nice, generous portions. Lifts are small and cramped but similar to most ski resorts. Communal spaces on each floor are nice but sound travels easily and you can hear conversations if your room is close to the hall areas. Location great as it just near the bottom of the piste and accessible to the snow and beginner slopes."
Alua Helios Bay - All Inclusive
"In a quiet area, far from the problems of the big city. The atmosphere is like in a traditional all inclusive hotel! There was plenty to do! The rooms were clean and had everything you needed! The staff was really nice. The food in the restaurant was good, but the music was sometimes too loud. I think the hotel is worth the money."
