Aphrodite Beach Hotel ★★★★
"Perfect location, high level of service. Was a pleasure to stay there."
Galeon Residence & Spa ★★★★★
"It’s very good. The poll and everything is incredible"
Sineva Beach Hotel - All Inclusive ★★★★
"We had an excellent stay at Sineva Park Hotel😇 Krassy, the Food and Beverage Manager, Christina at the reception and the Chef with the morning crêpes😊 were so helpful and always with a smile on their face. Everyone in the hotel very welcoming and nice, a Huge Thank You for a wonderful holiday. Looking forward to seeing you next year. "
Hotel Marina Palace, Affiliated by Meliá ★★★★
"A very modern and clean hotel. Unfortunately we booked through Tui booking a Deluxe twin room with balcony. Yes it was deluxe and we did have a balcony however this faced the front of the hotel looking out on a car park and the street. The noise of the traffic was horrendous. We asked for a room change and was told by the young man on reception that the hotel was full and therefore no available rooms and also that we had NOT PAID FOR A VIEW. So if booking through Tui make sure it states with a sea view. Overall facilities were very good. The pool freezing cold so few people in it however a short walk down a number of steps (need to be fit) did lead to a small cove excellent for swimming in the sea. Food was what is expected of a good quality AI hotel. A lot of focus on meat so If vegetarian choice not as good. Regardless of the issues we had a lovely relaxing holiday and would recommend this hotel and its location."
Best Western Plus Premium Inn ★★★★
"This hotel is very good value for money. It is located in the heart of Sunshine Coast. It is not far from the sea, but it is not a first-line sea view hotel. The breakfast is quite rich and I like it very much."
Garden of Eden Complex ★★★★★
"The Garden complex in Bulgaria is an excellent choice for a holiday, it is very large, offers about eight swimming pools, several restaurants and a nice and helpful service. A great location, close to the beach, makes your stay extremely comfortable and we'll be happy to return there."
MPM Hotel Kalina Garden - All Inclusive ★★★★
"MPM Kalina Garden – Our honest review Over the past few years, we have stayed at several hotels in Sunny Beach, including Grand Victoria Hotel, Burgas Beach Hotel, and Flamingo Beach Hotel. Based on our personal experience, MPM Kalina Garden has been the best of them all. Cleanliness and hygiene are our highest priorities, and Kalina Garden truly stood out. The rooms, restaurant, public areas, and pool area were consistently spotless and well maintained. The food was varied and delicious. We enjoyed every meal during our stay, and neither the food nor the drinks with ice caused us any stomach problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the entertainment program throughout the day and evening was excellent, especially for families with children. Based on our personal experience, MPM Kalina Garden ranked ahead of Grand Victoria Hotel, Burgas Beach Hotel, and Flamingo Beach Hotel. In our opinion, it offers the best value for money in Sunny Beach, and we would happily stay here again."
MPM Hotel Arsena - Ultra All Inclusive ★★★★
"Hotel is nice reception staff, and the young l staff i think thai in restaurant are really nice and work hard.. Bar staff very miserable not sure if its a language barrier but they could smile and be more friendly. Food at pool bar 10/10 restaurant food always cold even if your first in , couldn’t eat breakfast stone cold. No english tea bags every other flavour and ok if you drink coffee im just (glad i brought my own). Excellent cleaners and friendly. Overall stunning view, nice rooms just need hot food."

Tiara Beach - All Inclusive
"Avoid if your English! id firstly like to start with saying that the cleaners were great for me but on the other hand everything else was atrocious the staff are so rude they struggle to understand you so good luck having a conversation with them personally I think the food is grim threw up after every bit of food and that’s no exaggeration.cut my foot twice on the bottom of the pool my little brother has made a mosaic out of all the tiles come out of the pool yeh so overall definitely wouldn’t recommend and the locals are just so rude "
Alua Helios Bay - All Inclusive
"The hotel is situated in a nice place, the first impression is absolutely stunning. Reception staff is super nice and speak English, so no problem with anything. They will resolve any problem just to make you happy. Rooms are very spacious and, we had one massive bed and a sofa bed, but we’ve asked for additional bed and it was no problem at all. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel overall is very clean and smells nice. The food was really good, we were happy with a large variety of fresh vegetables and fruits, also salads, meat and fish. Choice of wine, soft drinks and beer which you can fill yourself. Same with ice creams. Snack time between meals is great, again big choice of fruits, salads, pizza, chips, sandwiches. Never ending food. Entertainment was ok, the entertainment team from hotel is a bunch of very talented people, super nice and creative. The only thing I’d improve is to introduce sunbeds on the beach. I feel is was one of my best hotel with AI I’ve been recently. Great hotel on the beach, good location, great food and hotel staff. Thank you for making my holiday special 😀"
Sol Luna Bay All Inclusive
"We had a wonderful stay at Sol Luna Bay and were very happy with our choice. Our sea-view room was exactly what we had requested — on the first floor, very close to the sea, with a beautiful view. The room, as well as the entire hotel, was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The food deserves a special mention. It had that pleasant, home-cooked taste, with balanced flavours and simple, well-prepared dishes. The selection can feel a little repetitive after several days, but for us this was not an issue at all because the food was consistently tasty and fresh. We also really appreciated the attention given to safety. The lifeguard was present and attentive throughout the day, which gives an extra sense of comfort, especially for families. The entertainment was another highlight of our stay and was of a surprisingly high standard. On Sunday evening we watched the Plan B Variety Show — they were absolutely fantastic: extremely professional, talented and entertaining. One of the best hotel shows we have seen. The magician show on Tuesday evening was also excellent and very well performed. What impressed us most were also the small details. It may seem like a simple thing, but seeing fresh flowers arranged on every table adds warmth and elegance and shows that the hotel really pays attention to creating a pleasant atmosphere. A very clean, welcoming hotel, with good food, a beautiful location right by the sea, attentive staff and genuinely high-quality entertainment. We would happily return."
Helena Sands
"What an incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was spot on. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever come across. The buffet breakfast and evening meals had so much variety — there was something for everyone, and it was all delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. I also booked a manicure, pedicure, and massage at the spa — all three treatments were absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Total bliss! The cocktails were top-notch, too — perfectly mixed and very reasonably priced. The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach and just steps from a lively street full of shops, bars, and restaurants. We had such a great time and would definitely return without hesitation. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel!"
Imperial Palace Hotel
"Although the season has just started, I received really excellent service. I think I'll be spending many more weekends here from now on."
Helena Park - Ultra All Inclusive
"Me and my partner stayed here for 10 days and were expecting a lot with it being a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately I’d say it’s a low 4 star, the food was bang average most of the meat and fish dishes were very dry. All the drinks were pretty strong which was good in our case but can be taken either way. Really nice grounds of the hotel however you cannot use half of it!! The other pool on the Helena sands part of the hotel you are not aloud to use - on our first day we were promptly told to leave the pool and told we can only use the other pool. Extremely odd considering the whole resort is connected. However we did have a section on the beach as an extension of the hotel that we weren’t kicked off! Room and general decor of the place felt extremely dated and the bed was also as hard as a rock. They did surprise my boyfriend for his birthday with a bottle of Prosecco and little dessert in our room ( without me saying anything) which I thought was a really nice touch. I’d say it’s more of a family hotel the Helena parks side of things as they were a lot of activities put on by the animation team which is great if you are interested in that type of thing but if not if can get a little irritating them asking you all the time to get involved when you just want to relax. Understand it’s part of their role so it’s a difficult one to judge. Overall decent hotel, great location right on sunny beach strip definitely not 5 stars but a pleasant stay nonetheless"
Planeta Hotel & Aquapark Free Beach Access - Ultra All Inclusive
"Do not book this hotel my wife granddaughter and myself booked in here for two days we thought £176 was cheap for a 5 star hotel then we found out why first impressions very dull hotel reception staff friendly pool bar staff also friendly when we went to lunch the food was absolutely disgusting tasteless not much to choose from the room was dirty urine stains on mattresses and also in the mattress topper room dirty left this hotel after two hours THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL"
Sol Nessebar Palace Resort & Aquapark - All Inclusive
"We’ve just returned from a 10‑day stay at the Sol Nessebar Palace in Burgas. It was myself, my husband, and our 13‑year‑old daughter. I wanted to give a detailed and honest review for anyone considering this hotel. Arrival & Check‑In We arrived by private transfer and were greeted immediately by a doorman who took our bags and led us to reception. Check‑in was quick, friendly, and efficient. We were given our all‑inclusive wristbands, which also act as your room key — a brilliant idea and much easier than juggling key cards. We were escorted to room 814 on the 8th floor. The room was huge, and it looked like we’d been upgraded to a family room, as there was a separate bedroom with two single beds. The balcony was massive with a beautiful sea and pool view. The balcony wall is quite high, so I had to stand on tiptoes to see over it, but the view itself was stunning. Location The hotel is a little out of the way. We walked to a pharmacy one day, but there isn’t much immediately around the resort. For us, this wasn’t a problem, but it’s worth knowing if you like to wander out daily. Room & Noise Once the door was closed, we couldn’t hear any noise from the corridor or outside — very peaceful. Rooms were cleaned every day, and we had lovely towel decorations each time. A really nice touch: each floor has a cold water station and coffee machines, and your room has a carafe so you can refill whenever you want and paper cups for the hot drinks. Quiet, convenient, and genuinely useful. Lifts The lifts were the biggest downside. There are only three, and they stop at every floor. They were often packed, and people struggled to get in. At one point a British lady pushed her pram straight onto the lift and into me, which summed up the chaos. If you’re able to use the stairs, it’s often quicker. Pool & Sunbeds My husband likes to go down early and sit with a coffee, so he put towels out each morning — but honestly, there were plenty of sunbeds available throughout our stay. Even at 10am, there were beds free right beside the pool, which is rare. This may be because we visited at the end of June/beginning of July, but it was a pleasant surprise. The pool temperature is cold. Not unbearable, but definitely refreshing. We didn’t try the indoor pool. Food & Drink Food options were plentiful. We’re fairly fussy eaters, but we found something every day, even if we stuck to the same favourites. Drinks were the weakest part of the all‑inclusive. The juices from the machines were very sweet and tasted cheap. Cocktails were machine‑made with local spirits. The Coke/Fanta/Sprite machines tasted different from what we’re used to — not watered down, just a different formula, as the canned versions at the shops tasted the same. Cleanliness The hotel is extremely clean. We constantly saw staff cleaning rooms, balconies, walls, ceilings, and removing dust or webs. Housekeeping was thorough and consistent. Staff Most staff were friendly, especially cleaners. Some"
Festa Panorama Hotel
"We’ve been to Bulgaria twice before staying at a different hotel but opted for a change this year. The hotel is close to the airport which is always a plus when travelling with family. It’s located a few minutes walk from the beach and a short walk from the historic old town or a short bus ride (well worth a visit). Inside the hotel everything was super clean and the staff friendly. I’ve seen some negative posts about the animation team but that wasn’t our experience. We found both Alex and Artem to be super friendly and encouraging without being pushy. My youngest loved them both and followed them around and not once did they complain or moan and always welcomed her which was lovely. I thought they both were a credit to the hotel and without them my rating would have been lower - thank you guys from us all and will always remember the fun of those darts games. Negatives for me were around the food, compared to other hotels we found the food to be quite limited and not really varied. My two children both have food allergies and although there were some signs up the options for them both was extremely limited to basically beige food. The deserts were very repetitive and boring after a day or two and for my children we had to get them pudding outside of the hotel as none of the options catered for their allergies. We had even contacted the hotel in advance of our visit to enquire about allergies but didn’t receive a response. Overall a pleasant stay but personally wouldn’t go back and would prefer to pay a bit extra and stay at Sol Palace up the road which offers so much more variety in all aspects."
Sunny Beach Hotel Forum - All Inclusive
"It was not my first but not my last visit. Always good accommodation and food services. Always helpful staff...."
AluaSoul Sunny Beach - Adults Only - New Opening

All the hotel staff were fantastic but our stand out member is Eli,assistant manager, she is a very friendly happy and helpfull staff member. First time in Bulgaria but we will be back to this hotel later thid year. B,M from Scotland"
Hotel Neptun Beach
"We been spending our most precious weeks of the year in this hotel since about 20 yrs. In the years, when LTI run it we fell in love with it and Sunny Beach. After Sentido took over, we were a bit sceptical (anything new is at first something frightening). But the positive aspects came soon. Every year something has improved. The Neptun Beach feeling is still there and even better. What is amazing, this is all done with almost the same staff. From the hotelmanagement, the faboulous guys/gals in the service, the cleaners and the customerrelation guys/gals, every year we see a lot of familiar faces. And if employees stay season over season at one place, the company must do something right. Also the interaction between the colleagues is remarkable. For instance, every time before the restaurant opens, the manager on duty speaks to the whole crew and encurrages them. I have not met one employee moody or unwilling to serve over the years. And if one considers the tough job they do over 5+ month with partually (50%) horrible guests, who think they owe the place for that little money they pay (not the hotels fault), it this is outstanding. One other thing is the sustanibility of this hotel, especially in the restaurant. If you have for instance lamb-roast one evening, you have lamb-stew the next day and lamb-soup the day after. Of course amongst a lot of other delicious offers. Sometimes I see people bickering about the food. There are offers for everyone nearly 24/7 on display. And a lot of possibilities to spice it up. I am a Gourmet and gained 6# in 2 weeks. Questions? Thanks to Mr. Genov and everyone caring for us for a (again!!!) wonderfull time in this well run, clean and pleasant hotel with extremly delicate food. We are anxious to come back. Kind regards"
Hotel Laguna Park & Aqua Club - All Inclusive
"Nice hotel Rooms spacious and balcony Food - was good - always found something to eat Snack bar - didn't have it except the best oven baked jacket potatoes available all day till 5. Pool areas nice - very busy main pool. Relax pool was good. Staff not very smiling like some places and less understanding of English but helped if u asked z Great cocktails Only bad thing 5 mins walk from the beach and had to pay 16 euros for two sunbeds so if u spend lots of time on the beach this could build up Near shops and few mins from strip and rides Overall good holiday - would I come back yes."
Cascadas Family Resort
"This is residence hotel. The hotel facilities are really good, it has 7 swimming pools it's really wonderful for kids and we really liked pool bar.The hotel has a supermarket on site which is great. The cleaning services not really good. For 10 day stay our apartment was cleaned only twice. We had ask every 2 days to change towels they do that only after few reminders. The linen were changed only twice in 10 days after speaking to reception 5 times. "
iHotel Sunny Beach
"The hotel was fantastic. Excellent food, everywhere clean and smiling staff. Lots of nice animation programs during the day, entertainment programs in the evening and entertainment for children - face painting, mini disco... Everyone found something for themselves. We will definitely recommend further and hope to have the opportunity to visit this place again and show another family member on the way."
