For safety and regulatory reasons, we are not allowed to host three guests in one room, except for a child under 3 years old. As such, we do not offer family rooms, which is clearly stated in our booking conditions.We understand your disappointment and regret that this information may not have been sufficiently clear at the time of booking, especially if the reservation was made through a third-party platform. In such cases, we are unfortunately not the direct sellers of the rooms, which can sometimes lead to a lack of visibility regarding these restrictions.We are sorry for the situation and for any financial and organizational inconvenience this may have caused.
