Grand Hotel Neum Wellness & Spa ★★★★
"The hardware facilities are great in all aspects, but I have to comment on the service. I originally booked for one night, and then extended my stay in the same room today. However, a staff member just walked into my room without knocking, and another housekeeper rudely told me to check out. Plus, there was no mineral water in my room when I checked in."
Villa Sedef ★★★
Hotel "LUNA" Neum ★★★★
"We enjoyed the early check-in, and the hotel manager also helped us call a taxi. The sea view from the window is beautiful. The manager in the red and black glasses is very friendly, and we enjoyed his honey tea."
Hotel Sunce Neum ★★★★
"The superior room was spacious, well soundproofed, and the bedding was very comfortable. Daily housekeeping was perfect. The views were breathtaking from every room. The entertainment staff were present and active; Yassin, Julie, and Emma are French, and we could ask them for help if needed. The food was varied and more than enough. For our return airport transfer, we were able to speak English with our driver, Eldin, who was super friendly. We had a great time chatting, and we'll cherish the memory. Remember to bring water shoes for swimming, as there are sea urchins."
Hotel Agava ★★★★
"The hotel is brand new. Cleanliness is 10 out of 10. The carpet in the room is clean and soft, even the balcony floor is clean. I'm very picky, but they really do do a great job cleaning here. The towels are a bit old, but not a big deal. The beds are very hard and the pillows are completely uncomfortable (they're kind of lumpy). Taking a shower in the bathroom isn't very convenient—there's a small glass partition, and the floor is constantly flooded, no matter how carefully you wash. The only toiletries are liquid soap. The kitchen is completely barebones (no dishes, not even a coffee pot). That's it, that's all the negatives. Otherwise, it's all positives (taking local conditions into account, of course): the linens are clean and white, the towels are changed daily, there's a refrigerator and stove, a large balcony with a gorgeous view and new, clean furniture, a clean sofa, effective air conditioning, ample breakfast, and helpful receptionists. They do register foreign tourists."
Hotel Villa Nova ★★★★
"Stayed here as part of a Newmarket holidays tour. We were given a nice sea view room (306) with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view each evening after hectic days touring. If you have mobility issues this hotel is not suited to you as there are a lot of steps in order to get down to the restaurant or ‘beach’. One lovely lady, who uses a walker, and her daughter, who were part of our group, could not join the rest of us for breakfast or dinner due to the amount of steps, which was really sad as she could not enjoy the views like we could., they had to eat all their food at the tables in reception, away from the rest of us. Food was not very good, what little choice of an evening there was, was usually cold or at the very best warm! Not great. My hubby and I aren’t really picky when it comes to food, but we really struggled! Pool towels are provided with a deposit. If use use the pool, sun beds are free, but you have to pay to use the sun beds down at the ‘beach’ (beach is really a small concrete area with steps into the water, with a few sunbeds and umbrellas or on a floating pontoon without sun umbrellas. For the amount of people wanting to use it more umbrellas are needed, due to the intense sun/ heat. On check out, we were not leaving the hotel until 13.00, but were told we had to vacate the room by 10.00. They do not offer a complementary room in order to wash and change after using the pool or beach before departure . I was told I would have to use the outside shower up at the pool. When I explained I would want to wash and dry my hair, I was told by a receptionist that I could dry it in reception, where there were no mirrors. Ok if you have straight hair, but I don’t, I have to style it. This really is not acceptable. A few of the group did decide to sit in reception for the three hours. Great holiday but not the best ending!"
