Big, clean room for a very good price, close to major highway and attractions. Spacious well lit parking area. Front desk personnel was nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was huge. Bathroom glass wall was too narrow allowing water to come out. Need more bath mats

I've been coming here weekly for over a month due to work. I chose this Hotel for its proximity to my project & it's FREE HOT BREAKFAST... The manager, Angel, and her staff are like family now. This team goes above and beyond to accommodate and welcome. We have stayed in several rooms all of which have been clean and comfortable. This is a great safe clean place to stay in the New Braunfels area and the rates are the best value for your $. Definitely gonna miss these guys & their awesome hospitality. Wish the pool was heated!

The hotel os is cconvlocated for our family plans. Check in was efficient. Arriving in our room the dirty and stained top bedding was quite noticeable. The closet was devoid of hangers. Both bed frame/foundation were very squeaky, especially on rising. The water pressure at bathroom sink was very low. And the sink was quite low even for a short female. Our sleep was often interrupted by the noisy ac system. All in all, it was a disappointing experience for a high rate hotel room.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I brought my son and two of his friends to town for one night to float the river. I had accidentally made my reservation for the wrong night, and when I called very late to let them know we were on our way, they saved the day by getting us the accommodations that we needed, and they honored the original price for my other booking! We enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast in the morning was great! Then, after we left, my son realized that he forgot his wallet. The hotel staff contacted me and let me know that they had found it, and they mailed it to us. My son was so happy to get his drivers permit back. The staff here saved the day again!!! Thank you for a great trip.

Its nice hotel, but found some thing where hotel managment need to put attention. The bed sheet and towels had spot and in the shower there was left hair band left in the shower from previous guest. I think house cleaning need attention. The staff can be more friendly , it look like the front desk is just ignoring everyone. Otherwise its nice place for a couple of nights.

Have stayed here several times and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect for exploring the New Braunfels / Gruene area. The rooms are clean and the a/c is cold. The beds are extremely comfortable with four nice pillows. What makes the location exceptional is the manager Angel Ibarra who goes out of her way to make your stay easy. Great personality and very accommodating.

Comfortable, quiet and modern. Easy to get to. Close to everything.The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had everything you would want- eggs, biscuits and gravy, Texas waffles, etc. We will definitely be staying here again.

We went to New Braunfels for a family wedding. This was close to the venue so we stayed there. It was nice and clean, and it looked newly renovated, although there were a few repairs needed. (One of our rooms did not have the toilet paper holder attached to the wall, and the other had the bathroom sink faucet very loose.) Breakfast was good, and the staff was pleasant.
