Granzin’s Meat Market is directly across the street where you can walk to buy groceries & your favorite meats drinks & snacks. Tubes rentals and night life are only a couple of miles downtown. Fischer Park is 1 mile down McQueeney Rd which has a great splash park for kiddos and walking trails to enjoy nature. You may also rent kayaks or go fishing at Fischer Park. I love the fenced back yards for kids and dogs to run. You can bring a bbq pit & have a cookout with the entire family. There is a wooden privacy fence that separates the other side of the duplex. The clean closed in garage has an automatic garage door opener for storage of tubes.
