Horrible flooded and moldy rooms.
We checked into our room and I immediately smelled mold. My three family members did not smell anything. We left and went to dinner and came back and the room was flooded clothing and possessions were wet. The mold smell was prevalent. We asked to be moved to another room and that room was also flooded. The desk service was less than friendly and even accusatory at times. I went outside and there was caulking where the sidewalk and the stucco met it's obvious that this is leaked many, many times in the past. We are now in our third room in an hour and someone is running full weight back and forth above our heads. This place is horrible. Ignore the reviews on hotel,com. Go read Google reviews, they are all negative. I want a full refund, I'm sure it will never happen. I would have changed hotels but had 2 elderly people traveling with me.

Everything was very clean in our room. Lots of towels - always a plus! It’s very quiet given that it’s back a ways off feeder road to I35. The air conditioner smelled a bit musty when standing close to it, but not the whole room. Shower curtain seemed small. Overall - really good value.

Honest people, bad beds, mildew smell, and breakin
Room smelled like mildew… I think that was a ventilation issue. The bed was uncomfortable and sat very low to the ground which was bad on our backs. We had a vehicle broken into with a rock. Busted out one window and tried another and dented the door all up and scratched up two windows. A firearm was stolen. Police said this is normal activity for the area, aimed towards obtaining firearms, & targeting “big ol’ country boy trucks”. The hotel should have security on patrol for this reason. If there had been security, a higher & better bed, and a room that didn’t smell like mildew, I’d give it 5 stars. But I will say they were very honest, I left my card at the front desk and they let me know, held it for me and gave it to me. I appreciate that conduct very very much.

Poor………
Breakfast was a joke, mattress’s are absolutely unusable to get a good nights sleep. Photos online have to be photoshopped compared to what I saw upon my arrival. Absolutely will be last time I stay there
Oh vending machine was 4/5 empty ice machine main floor out of service. Worse part about this place it isn’t pet friendly. For the money I paid very disappointing stay.
