Refused to cancel my reservation after I accidentally booked the wrong day, refused to switch the day to. Terrible service, front desk people had no empathy or care for anyone else circumstances.

The location is convenient. Good sightseeing points nearby. The food is good.

This is a return visit to this hotel for me. The hotel is situated right in the middle of town close to all restaurants and stores. The hotel does not provide breakfast but does have a restaurant downstairs but at an extra cost. The parking lot is across the street from the hotel and a bit of inconvenience when it’s raining/snowing.
