Hotel Le Roi Express @ Karol Bagh

A very comfortable and clean room throughout my stay - everything worked perfectly and I always had WiFi access. It is well located in an interesting neighborhood with easy access to multiple modes of transportation to popular places. Staff is very attentive- at all levels and I felt well looked after. The Curry Cloud restaurant adjoins and is part of the hotel and has a variety of foods for breakfast buffet that frequently changes- with many à la carte possibilities. Chef Ajay has a broad menu of Indian and Pan-Asian cuisine - which he masterfully prepares for evening dining. The restaurant staff - Neel and Harish, made ordering easy and had great suggestions to broaden my experience. I would say that aside from such a great place - the people who work at Hotel Le Roi Express make it top notch!!

Close to shopping markets. But we booked for b&b service, how can it be differ for the service of dinner in room service ? This is not mentioned ! Despite mentioning that we're mauritians and we do not eat spicy on top of that I've just gone through an surgery, everyday there is only spicy thali ? How come ? And receiving food at 21 00hrs is just not fair!! The level of cleanliness was ok. Just need to improve the service of food, it's important for guests!!!

I had unpleasant stay due to the hotel room being like fridge without proper heating,also for 2 days without hot water even after reporting the problem to the hotel management just keeping on promising without any result!!.And the toilet light was not working for duration of of my stay!.I found fly inside the room and will post here tge picture,very surprising on the price the hotel charging. The only staff stand out was belly boy and the security guy who was outside the hotel he was very polite and professional.Thank you

I recently stayed for 3 days , and I have to say, it was just that—average good . The place was clean and the staff was friendly, but I was a bit surprised by the amenities, or lack thereof. When I checked in, I was expecting some basic toiletries like a toothbrush and soap, but they didn’t provide any. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it was a bit inconvenient since I had to make a quick run to the store. The room was decent, and the Wi-Fi worked well, which was a plus. The bed was too small but anyhow, comfortable enough for a night’s sleep, but it would have been nice to have a few more essentials on hand. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to crash, Hotel Average does the job. Just be sure to pack your own toiletries

This is my second time at Le Roi Hotel... staff very friendly as always and very clean hotel... location is great everything is nearby... only disappointment is I paid for breakfast and dinner but I didn't get buffet breakfast like last year... and dinner also not much option as i love the tandoori chicken but they said its not included so it was a bad idea to include dinner in the package so this was the only thing that I didn't like
