Novotel New Delhi City Centre

Terrible experience. The hotel advertised the rooftop pool as its main highlight, but in reality, it was closed. The on-site staff offered no solutions whatsoever and had an arrogant attitude. In the end, Ctrip had to provide a resolution, as the hotel refused to cooperate. There were stains on the bedding. The surrounding area outside the hotel was also very unpleasant.

Honestly, I had a lot of concerns about my trip to India, but the assistance with the travel arrangements, meals, and vehicle service was incredibly helpful.

Good property. Staff were helpful and attentive. The area is a bit noisy, but that's typical of all of New Delhi.

The breakfast offered a wide variety and was very satisfying. The Indian food selection was excellent, and they even freshly prepared and delivered dosa to our table. The hotel is about a 10-minute rickshaw ride from Delhi Station, but be careful as rickshaws waiting around the station often try to scam you. I recommend using a ticket taxi from the Delhi Station taxi stand instead. The facilities were clean, but the open-plan washbasin area was a bit inconvenient to use. Since my return flight was at night, I asked if I could use a shower, and they kindly let me use the shower rooms in the rooftop gym and pool, which allowed me to feel refreshed before heading back home. Overall, it was a good hotel.

Well-located hotel, close to various points of interest in central New Delhi. The metro is a 15-minute walk away (be careful, there's no sidewalk for a good part of the way, so opt for a tuk-tuk!). There's a pool with city views for relaxing. Major monuments are easily accessible in 25-30 minutes by car.

High floor with great views, convenient transportation in the city center, and taxis are very cheap. The breakfast is abundant, and the staff are friendly and offer good service. There's a gym, swimming pool, and bar on the rooftop. A great choice!
