Novotel New Delhi City Centre

Hotel it self were nice. However, as a Japanese, We like to have a BATH TUB in my room and when I made this reservation, I asked for it. However when I checked in, I was told this hotel do not have the bathtub except Suits. If this was told by return mail, I did not reserve this hotel. So return to my mail,pls! Was very very disappointed. And the food , do not valued as the price.

The location wasn’t that great, but the service was really great. The room was also very clean, shoutout to Prakash for his service. 

Everything is good, but not much thing around.

I had a pleasant stay at the Novotel. It is located in the Old Delhi region, but not too far from the main part of Connaught Place where you will find many high street shops and bars/restaurants. The hotel itself is very new and not 100% finished. However, it was very clean and modern and the staff were superb throughout. They catered for my every needs and went above & beyond my requirements. Once the work is fully complete, then this hotel is a perfect place for anyone visiting New Delhi. Also, a quick mention to the chef, Sachin. He made me a perfect butter chicken curry, even though it wasn’t on the menu itself.

Stayed here while attending MEDICALL 2025, Delhi edition, location is near to exibition hall, only set back is noise form temple near by (not sure temple of PUB)

We couldn't sleep all night in the hotel because of the noise which made us very tired, and we were not treated in an ideal manner لم نستطع النوم طيلة الليالي في الفندق من الازعاج والذي تسبب لنا بالتعب الشديد، ولم يتم التعامل معنا بشكل المثالي
