Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Bathrooms were unusable, bed sheets were dirty, the air conditioning was extremely loud, and overall management was shockingly poor. They even shifted us to another room at 12 AM due to “scheduled maintenance” that they conveniently forgot to inform anyone about — despite giving people check-ins on that same floor earlier that day. Furniture in every room we saw was broken, the shower didn’t work properly, and the bedsheets repeatedly had stains on them. The AC literally sounded like a running train. Absolutely not recommended.

The hotel looks fantastic, but unfortunately, appearances are deceiving. The main problem is the constant weddings being celebrated here day and night. Since the rooms are extremely poorly insulated, *** barely gets any sleep. It was particularly disappointing that the pool remained closed due to the events – absolutely unacceptable in Delhi's temperatures. Although there are plenty of staff on site, *** feels ignored as a regular hotel guest; *** is hardly acknowledged or served. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The hotel service was acceptable; the front desk staff were friendly, but the check-in and check-out process was very inefficient. Even with no one ahead of us in line, we waited over 15 minutes to complete the process. The room facilities were excellent, clean and tidy, and the ceilings were high, befitting the quality of a five-star Indian hotel. The accommodation is located on a very busy street, prone to severe traffic jams both day and night; those in a hurry should be aware of this.

I have had negative experience saying in this hotel simply due to the room being dirty , low pressure hot water in both sink and the shower plus the swimming pool was out of use. Over all my experience was not great please reconsider booking in this hotel and stop wasting money!!!
