Radisson Hotel Delhi MG Road

It's a new hotel that, on the surface, looks like a decent option. My personal experience wasn't great. There was hammering/drilling every morning at 9am. The fitness room was being renovated - there was no mention of this when booking. The Pillows in the room were one type and was causing me neck pain, when I asked if they had any other pillows, I wss told there's only 1 type. The location is terrible - there is gridlock traffic outside the hotel and I would advise you to book an uber at least 20 mins earlier than you need it as it will invariably arrive late. I would not stay here again mainly because of the issues with the location. All my other complaints, could be improved upon if the hotel management wants to.

Nice hotel, location a little stuck around traffic and the entrance is difficult for Uber to find.

This is a poorly conceived, badly located, unfinished hotel, avoid for the foreseeable future. Read the hotel reviews very carefully, there are a number I would consider to be false, providing no detail, very bland, and generic descriptions, but awarding 5 stars!??? It is situated on MG Road, one of the main arterial roads running into central Delhi. This is a busy road, constantly bumper to bumper 7am to midnight, and Indian drivers like a horn, so bring earplugs to lessen the noise. The vibration from the Metro, which runs 5.30am to 11.30am, will keep you awake anyway. And that's just the minor issues. The hotel is a work in progress and very poorly executed, staff appear to be using the place as a training exercise, they are so unprofessional. Similar to a review 2 weeks ago, we arrived at 7.00am but were unable to sleep at all due to hammering, sawing and drilling. The staff member said we were the first to make him aware of it, which is an outright lie as there are extensive works being undertaken. It appears as if the entire 3rd floor has not yet been completed (please see photo). Not advising customers of this, in advance of booking, is deliberately misleading. There is a swimming pool, but it is not yet in use, so don't plan on using that facility. The gym is also incomplete. We had to ask for a 2nd hand towel each day, only one is provided. The tv doesn't work. The iron doesn't work. The shower ran out of hot water on one occasion. There are only 3 hangers in the wardrobe. The pillows are very thick, we asked for thinner ones and were told they are the only ones available. Incredibly, we were advised to put towels inside of pillowcases as a solution. The lift takes longer to rise to the 4th floor than our previous hotel took to the 33rd. As we are visiting for a wedding, we did not pay for this stay, otherwise I would be requesting a full refund. If the rest of my wedding party weren't here, we'd have moved to a different hotel on day one. Finally, be aware, there were 3 weddings taking place simultaneously during our stay, do not expect peace and quiet at this location.

Room Attendant Pratyush demonstrated excellent professionalism and provided consistently high-quality housekeeping service throughout my stay. His attention to detail and courteous conduct are highly appreciated. I would like to rate the housekeeping department 5 out of 5 star.
