Hotel Kasa Nest Couple Friendly Hotels Near Tilak Nagar Metro Station

Location is good Atmosphere is also good Price is quite high I think cleanliness is a issue for me. There is several hairs which is not clean before I check in the room. There has no her spray in the bathroom.

First of all the prices of rooms be fixed at a time....we saw some different amount on booking...and later it changed to something else....and then the receptionist still trying to ask for more money... Secondly the room should be well maintained if its being mentioned as "well maintained" in the booking platform. The rooms shown in picture are totally different from the actual ones...Saw horrible walls that makes the room smelly....and the also the AC doesn't functions well (kinda outdated) with "NO REMOTE" given. And the funny thing here is to see those pamplets on the wall on reception written "rate your experience".....LOL
