it was nice and quiet place, no disturbance. The rooms were clean and the staff were so cooperative.

The rooms are okay for 4 star. Experience was bad. The room we were given- the toilet was not working ( the flush) at all, had to call reception after using the toilet twice as the toilet was still dysfunctional after the service *** attended to it. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Housekeeping was pretty bad, no timely service. Had to call them on day 2. Had to tell them to refill body wash. The only replaced 2 small coffee sachets daily. The only good things was Front office manager Tilak- who helped store our luggage at check out for a few hours and the security guards at the office and gate who provided the best service

Taste of food they should improve. Cleanliness is good....

overall is good, but bed is itchy
