Seven Seas Hotel

Easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've had — anywhere, in any country. The surrounding area is messy and dirty, with the access roads in horrible condition. Despite being a large property, the hotel is badly managed and visibly understaffed. Check-in took an unreasonably long time — a single staff member was handling everything. The room was shockingly unclean. The bedsheet and cover had sand and stains, and the carpet was visibly dirty throughout. Lighting was bizarrely dimmed across the property — walking to the breakfast restaurant felt like trespassing through a back-of-house area, with half the restaurant lights switched off. Breakfast was equally disappointing. The spread was pathetic — clearly cut to at least half of what you'd expect, likely due to low occupancy. The staff were untrained and unprofessional. I ordered a fried egg without salt or pepper. It took forever to arrive in a nearly empty restaurant (fewer than 20 guests). When it came, it was sunny side up — with salt and pepper. I sent it back and received an omelette. Asked again — got scrambled eggs. It took four attempts to get what I originally ordered. Not recommended.

Everything was good about the hotel, however customer service has to be enhanced a bit more

The first thing that comes to my mind if i would like to mention what was exceptional was the food. I am very impressed on the variety of food and the taste. The breakfast buffet was just amazing. The second thing to mention is the Customer Service and the staff friendliness. They are helpful, quick to act and professional. The room was spacious and value for money. I highly recommend.

Breakfast good. Good room service.

Staff is very polite and food is delicious. We can recommend it to our family and friends overall it’s very good experience to stay there.

Really appreciate all staff’s hospitality. Everything was good.
