I travelled with my friend from Udaipur. We had booked a room for 1 day, as we had a train the following day. After a 24 hour train, we navigated through a congested market, where a small building was present. Upon arrival, we were informed that anyone with local id cannot be allowed entry. I tried explaining that I was a resident of Delhi, but I have moved to the US per***ently. I even showed my US ids, but they still kept repeating your local id shows Delhi. They straight away refused for a refund, claiming the cancellation policy denies any refund. What was worse was the behavior of the staff. Ms. Roshni Kaur, ***ager talked in an aggressive tone and was not respectful. There was someone named Mr. Magoo. He tried intimidating us, abused and told his colleagues, "Bahar nikalo in chutiyo ko" (Throw these {hindi abuse} people out of here). My female friend started crying, and it was scary. GoIbibo has not taken any action. We neither got a refund, not was any action taken against these bullies
