Hotel Smart Plaza

Such a pathetic experience with this hotel. We checked in there on 25th April and our booking was for 1 night. The experience of this hotel was a nuisance from very beginning. The location is very difficult to find as it’s far from main road. Then coming to the check in process, the receptionist was not at all cooperative. He was more like to just give any of the rooms without considering the condition of the room. Once we reach in the room we saw it’s a small room and very suffocating. Additionally, the door lock was broken. Then we asked to change the room. None of the service boys were cooperative. As we booked the hotel through SUN Universal, we connected to them and also talked to the receptionist. After ***y conversations they changed our room reluctantly. Now the condition of the second room was awful and worse than the 1st one. There was stains in bed, the bathroom was untidy and there were marks of spitting in wall. have attached the photos here. I got so annoyed that I thought to move out from that disgusting hotel and find a new one. It was 8.30pm and I went out to check hotels on the main road. But it was late so most of the hotels were sold out. I had to return to that lousy Hotel. After reaching the hotel I had firm words at the reception and then they changed the room to another one which was better out of the 3 rooms. I am not at all happy with the behavior of each and every staff of this hotel. Each of them were not at all worried about their attitude. There was so much arrogance in their voice tone. I am very much dubious about the rating mentioned in different sites of this hotel. I would have rated this hotel with -100 in every single sites. DO NOT SPOIL YOUR TRIP by booking rooms in HOTEL SMART PLAZA! The hotel is totally crappy..

Dirty bathrooms noisy AC unit dirty bed sheets and floors only stayed for 2 hours couldn’t sleep due to noise around 6:30 am very horrible experience will not go to this property again or will not recommend to anyone

It's not a hotel it's a lodge, all reviews are fake, staff are rough and far from soft skills. No restaurant its a passage, Breakfast spread is extreamly limited, over all not a pleasant place. Old and small lift.

I needed a 3 night base for trips booked in Delhi and Agra. Hotel Clean and bed very comfortable, lovely room with ample storage and air con and roof fans, room service or restaurant available staff polite and helpful situated in an older part of the area so other properties around appeared run down but served the purpose of a base to explore

Room are specious. but some amenities not working properly. Food quality is not good but they allowed outside food in the hotel room but you have to go to reception and pick up your order. Reception staff is good

Great place to sleep for a few days for the price. We stayed at this hotel for a few nights while we visited the Taj Mahal. Staff was helpful. The only thing was that we asked the night before if the taxi or shuttle service to take us back to the airport was free and they said yes. The next morning we went to the lobby and the taxi was waiting on us and the receptionist said we needed to pay. Don’t know if it was misunderstanding. We paid no problem. Also the location on ******* search is wrong. It’s not right by the airport in Aerocity. It is across the Highway 48.

Property cleanliness can be improved. There were no channels to watch on TV. Breakfast buffet can be improved, there were no re-filling of finished items, etc.

Stayed for day due to early morning flight . Pro - very near Airport Con - Not upto standard on cleanliness and Food

Lot of dust .. on trying to contact at the given number for check-in at 3:45 am no one picked up the call. Faced issue for finding the hotel. Bathroom was not good .. no proper towels provided ..
