The Leela Palace New Delhi Reviews

A truly beautiful hotel, part of an excellent hotel chain in India. The soundproofing is fantastic; I celebrated New Year's Eve there, and by 00:30 I was comfortably back in my room sleeping, with almost no street noise audible. The breakfast was delicious, and the massage was great. Everything was superb! P.S. You don't even need to leave the hotel – it's like an apocalypse outside!

The service was exemplary until check out! Getting charges on tons of items we didn't consume, including room charges we've prepaid via Trip.com. It was an extremely stressful experience on departure despite calling a night before to ask the team to prepare the bill. We love the hotel, but let down at check-out.

Heard so much about the Leela Palace hospitality & wanted to experience it myself. It was indeed a lovely experience starting from the warm welcome we received upon arrival. Food wise they had a good selection for dinner & breakfast including both continental & Indian dishes. The hotel needs an upgrade to the facade & rooms as it’s beginning to show signs of age. On the whole an enjoyable experience.😊👍🏼

The service and staff were great. The room was noisy because you can hear people walking from creeky floors and next room phone sound so loud. Bed was too firm for my liking.

Rooms are very very uncleaned below beds. Nuts and bolts everywhere. Overhyped and over priced property. It can be harmful for kids and for adults also.. They should be ashamed .. Image is attached. Thanks
