No hot water. This wasn’t really a hotel, more of a banquet convention facility. The staff was very nice but didn’t speak much English. The$4 breakfast was good! I’m sorry but I don’t recommend it.

Our stay at Hotel Airport Residency, New Delhi, was an absolute delight. From the moment we entered, the warm reception set the tone for a fantastic experience. The room was not only spacious but Impeccably clean: a perfect blend of modern comfort and coziness. What stood out was the hotel's dedication to service - every request was met with a prompt and positive response. The onsite dining options surpassed expectations, offering a delightful culinary experience. Hotel Airport Residency is more than accommodation; hospitality at its finest. Highly recommended for a memorable stay. We are looking forward to our next visit next month.

Very nice staff. Rooms are big, great value, and would recommend if you need to stay neat the airport for the night.

As a solo British female backpacking India this place was a safe haven. The rooms were open and spacious, clean, provided with fresh towels, soap and toothpaste. The staff were professional and knowledgeable and made me feel safe which was hard to come across in India. I certainly recommend this place if you have a flight to catch and want somewhere quiet and relaxing:)

Very shady hotel nowhere close to the airport as it claims. I and my daughter had booked a one night transit stay and had to walk away after seeing the place as it is impossible for a family to stay here. 100% avoidable. The road in front is dug up with no proper access to the hotel. The area has nothing close by. Out of 30 odd rooms no more than 2 were occupied

My Checked in date was 1st July 2022 by name Vikas 𝖘𝖍𝖆𝖗𝖒𝖆 room no. 1133. Very poor staff ***agement, not a tall helpful. When i checked in this hotel, lady who taken our checked in, asked for the orijanal id prof, so we shown our government id prof voter card, even then she not get satisfied and de***d for adharcard. Even then we submitted. Voter id is a legal government id prof, how can hotel staff denied to take it. I am having 2 mobile phone of Airtel and Jio but no network was in room, when i requested to change my room, they told that some work is going on at Airport thats why no network connection but when i came at lobby full network on both phone. Then i asked them why they given room me such room in that area of no network. Front office Staff was rude and not a tall helpful. No hot water in room. Pathetic behaviour. Only the food part was fine.
