The Claridges New Delhi - Preferred L.V.X. Collection Reviews

I liked the property and they let me store my luggage while I need to collect in few days now. I loved the gym the most.

The Claridges was excellent value for money. It is located in a quieter area, so we needed to get a taxi every day, but we preferred to be further away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi. There was an excellent spread at breakfast and the pastries were yummy. You could also order French toast, eggs benedict, masala dossa etc. I cannot praise the staff at breakfast enough - they were efficient, attentive, and polite! We used the pool and the sauna. The only hiccup was that we were placed next to a room which was under refurbishment. There was tolerable noise during the day, but by day 3 there was a strong smell of solvent. We were given a room upgrade which was appreciated but I do not expect a 5 star hotel to place any guests in a room adjacent to one that is being actively refurbished.

Ruined my trip to India! It was the first hotel we stayed at for the whole trip and this set the bar SO HIGH for all other hotels. It was an AMAZING experience, the hotel looks better in person than in the pictures. Cannot recommend it enough. If you get the chance, definetly go for it!

Business travelling is ok, room tier varies so best to check in person before settling into the room, bar is a little too noisy till 1am. Other than that all is good.

the hotel is good and comfortable . under new management some improvements are visible' breakfast is ok.toom is good maybe not that large but very comfortable , with a plus for the bed. bathroom is large which is a benefit . garden outdoor is a plus . surely a place to consider

The room was well appointed and seemed to be renovated. Also, there are many dining options in the hotel. However, the water pressure in the bathtub seemed low.

Excellent experience

Brilliant stay at the Claridges. The Suite was wonderful, recommend 100 percent. Had lunch at Erawan, a Thai cuisine restaurant.

This was a truly wonderful stay! The hotel upgraded our room free or charge and the facilities throughout the hotel were excellent! The gym was huge, the pool, steam room and massage facilities were all top notch. The breakfast was also large and varied and the restaurants we ate at were all delicious! Thoroughly recommend.

This historic hotel has been thoroughly renovated. The toilet and bathroom were small and cramped, but unexpectedly, they had a bidet.

Wonderful. Excellent facility and excellent service. Very comfortable and spacious rooms.
