This hotel was booked for me by the your company. I was very pleased at their choice. Beautiful lobby and my room was very comfortable. All the amenities were great. I got lazy and ended up not going to the bar which I was planning to but that’s an option and their restaurants and bar are open pretty late. My breakfast was included so I did have that. Wide array of food ***** with some fresh cooked options. I had both coffee and chai and both were delicious. Very nice staff. Overall, great stay.

I only stayed one night in Delhi and I was arriving in the afternoon, leaving in the morning after breakfast. This place was on my radar because I didn't want to stay in Aerocity or be too close to the centre of Delhi. There was also a great little mall just behind the hotel. My room was fine, quite big actually. Had everything I needed - mini fridge, small safe, good A/C. No complaints. Breakfast was an impressive spread and I happily stuffed my face. One downer, but it won't stop me returning. Airport transfer cost INR2400. It was literally a 15 minute ride away. Total rip off. They just used a Black City cab too, so disappointing. The driver even barged me to ask how much they charged and said he would have took me for INR700. In future, this will be my go to hotel if I am not spending much time in Delhi...and yes, I won't be using the hotel to arrange my forward travel.

Staff at Jaypee Vasant Continental made sure my stay was very comfortable. They addressed my every need. Staff member Changlu during breakfast hours ensured that my particular dietary needs were met. Concierge Hemchand was helpful and friendly and made me feel welcomed. Staff members at this hotel ensured that I enjoyed my stay.

Though categorised as a five star , in terms of amenities ,it is more of a 3 or 4 star max . Location is good and staff are good . But some basic things one expects from a 5 star hotel are lacking . They don’t provide slippers for use in the bathroom which is now a basic standard even in 2/ 3 star hotels .Toiletrics are of very ordinary quality.Breakfast spread can improve a bit

For a 5 star hotel , the facilities when compared to other hotels is not up to the mark The food at the restaurant is average and not much variety . Very limited dishes as well Also the service is extremely slow and had to request multiple times to clear the table

I had a lengthy stay (split) in Oct 2023. I'd have given it 4 stars but due to persistent badgering by one employee to write a review on Trip Advisor while I was sitting in hotel's lobby was a big let down. I told the employee 3-4 times that I will do the review when I get home. But he kept asking me to do the review right then and there. I felt uncomfortable and somewhat threatened. Hotel is in a nice location (metro, malls and touristy spots), but they need to be more pro-active environmentally. They should consider not changing sheets every day or every other day. Also, please consider an alternative for small plastic bottles in the bathroom. A little better job on housekeeping as well (I saw dust during my first stay).

I am writing to you with deep dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding the unpleasant experience I encountered during my dining at your respective establishment. I am deeply disappointed with the sluggish service, the inaction of your service and production staff. I never expected to encounter such unprofessionalism and inefficiency on the part of your staff. This behavior is totally unacceptable and incompatible with the level of service I expected to receive at your esteemed hotel. Additionally, I would like to emphasize that the service at your establishment was extremely sluggish and inefficient. I spent countless minutes waiting for my questions and requests to be addressed as I wanted to meet general ***ager eventually. In addition, due to the inaction of your staff, We had ordered a simple order of Dal makhni and chapati with the suggestion of your service staff and we were told that Dal makhni is signature dish or a trademark dish of your cafe restaurant but to my surprise that was absolutely flat and I would say a dhaba dal is far better than what we served and that too my complaint regarding this matter was completely ignored..I had to insist that somebody needs to take an Immediate action to investigate this incident and exhaust all possible measures to find out the culprit. Furthermore, I also implore you to prioritize the training and development of your staff so that they understand the importance of efficient and hospitable guest service. I sincerely hope that you will take my complaint with due seriousness and take all necessary steps to improve the quality of service and guest anticipation at your establishment.

Our family has stayed here multiple times, as from our first visit we decided we didn't need to look for any other hotel in Delhi. The service is outstanding from check-in to housekeeping. Hemchand and the rest of the concierge staff are simply perfect in their attentiveness and friendly service. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet where you can order from the kitchen, and an exquisite Chinese restaurant (also an Indian restaurant, though we haven't tried it). A warm welcome every time!
