Location only okay as in a busy commercial area.Hotel generally quite good, although a couple of major shortcomings, which led to our room being changed. Best aspect was the willingness of staff to be of assistance, we finding Sakshi - the young girl at reception - great. She was always keen to assist, was interested in how our stay was going, and always greeted us with a smile and chat. Restaurant also provided great food at very reasonable prices. John at Travel Desk was also exceptional and went out of his way to arrange a pleasant outing for us.

I booked this hotel for a week but when we got there they give us terrible room then i paid more for changing the room, when we want to use the room, we saw that it was too dirty and on the most the towels remain alot of long haid All the blanket and pillow was too dirty and it was so bod So i decided to leave the hotel and go to somewhere else I suggest you not to book this hotel and it so bad And also location is in the very bad and dirty place

A beautiful stay at the Clark amer hotel. The room were impeccably clean hotel staff extremely cordial one of the best stay in my recent days the roof top restaurant was amazing nice view thoroughly professional supporting system all services good and staff was very copartive my internet issue solve and rooms relative problem solved so specially thanks to it person Mr ravi and hk staff mr vishnu thanks to clark amer my excellent experience in my life i will visited again

Me and 2 friends stayed here for a couple of nights whilst hoping to arrange a trip around Rajasthan. Ranjanar, the hotel ***ager took the stress away and arranged our 6 night tour of Rajasthan for us with driver and decent hotels, and couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff were friendly and polite. We walked to Connaught place and it is 5 mins from the train station, ideally located. Thanks Ranjanar for everything, the Rajasthan trip was great!

Would give 0 star if zhere was an option to do so. We booked 3 rooms for 1 night on our way back from a trip to Ma Vaishnav Devi. Train was meant to reach Delhi at 11pm, and looking at some positive reviews and the photos of the hotel, I thought it was a good hotel close to the station to spend the night. Unfortunately I did not realise that the photos are so misleading. The hotel ***ager texted me at around 4 pm asking if we were still coming. This is despite mentioning clearly during booking that checkin will be late between 11-12pm. Anyways requested him to keep our rooms ready. We were 8 people in total including elderly parents and 3 children and lot of luggage. I asked the hotel ***ager if he could send a taxi to the station for pick up and I was told it will cost Rs500. The hotel is literally across the road from the station entrance and would take 2-3 min by car. We arranged our own transport which was much cheaper. When we arrived at the hotel at midnight, we were all tired and wanted to have a good night's rest but realised that the rooms were horrible. The ***ager first took the payment and then told us that he will show us the rooms available. There was 1 double room on the ground floor which was tiny. Other than the bed, there was nothing in the room. No place to keep luggage and no place to walk. The other available rooms were on 2nd and 3rd floor. Although there was a lift, you need to first go down 6-7 steps and climb up 6-7 steps to get to these rooms.no railing on these steps and very difficult for my elderly parents to climb these and also unsafe for toddlers. Rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors were equally pathetic. Small rooms with twin single bed in 1 and twin double bed in another 2 rooms. No windows. No table or chair. No place to keep luggage. Barely enough place for 1 person to walk around the beds to get to the toilets. Toilets itself were dirty. Towels looked grey as if they have been used for last 10 years or more. Toilet seat broken. Floor of the room and the walls were dirty. Pillow covers had stains . We didnt have an option but to take 3 of these rooms. If i had seen the rooms before making the payment, i would have gone to another hotel. They did not provide drinking water and said some ridiculous price for 2 bottles of mineral water. Finally we just went out and got water from one of the shops. There was also no night light or table lamp in the room that we could keep on in the night as the place seemed creepy and my children were scared. I will never stay here again or recommend this to anyone.

This hotel is located in a very noisy busy area. Rooms were clean and staff very helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Wo*** ***ager very helpful and good English. If you are looking for 5 star experience this is not it. But if you are looking for clean reasonably priced hotel where you can experience raw India outside this is it.

Horrible Hotel. Not at all recommended to anyone. We found bed bugs and cockroaches in rooms and have to switch the rooms twice. Rooms are smelly and mattress , bedsheet and pillow look dirty. Very bad experience for my family. Staff doesn't listen to phone calls

Room service was good and they have maintained room neat and clean I like the customer service and hotel is good But recepition response is not proper .. Same way the food was excellent and they treated well to the customer

Kunal room service person is done it’s Job very calm and humble to the customer and it’s service to the customer is excellent… I like the food and service of the hotel and they have kept room clean and neat every day..
