Radisson Blu New Delhi Dwarka

The location is convenient, only about a 30-minute drive from the airport. There's a shopping mall downstairs and a food court on the basement level. The room facilities show their age a bit, but the bedding was clean and comfortable. The front desk service was excellent, especially one young lady who actively went out of her way to provide solutions for guests. Breakfast was bountiful, with a hostess guiding guests to their seats. Despite being busy, it was well-organized, and the dishes leaned more towards local cuisine. However, hotel prices in this area fluctuate a lot, so I wouldn't recommend it during peak season. The weekday prices are decent.

This hotel is really fancy! The rooms are spacious and bright, and spotlessly clean. The bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and respond very quickly. The location is also excellent, making it super easy to get around. Highly recommend!

The location is great, with Decathlon and a food court downstairs, and Vegas Mall is also within walking distance. However, Trip.com didn't inform me in advance that the pool was under renovation, and I wasn't told the breakfast times during check-in. The front desk staff weren't very enthusiastic, and the intern seemed quite dispirited when speaking. On the other hand, the concierge service was excellent, and the breakfast experience overall was also very good! I'd consider coming back, but for a 5-star hotel, I'd expect a bit more warmth in the service.

Convenient location for flight connections in Delhi. It's about a 30-40 minute ride from the airport by metro (operating from 5:30 AM to 11:30 PM) or taxi. They upgraded our room category, but couldn't confirm our request for two beds. The rooms are quite noisy.
