I had an excellent stay at Saket 27, and I can honestly say it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at in India. The location is fantastic, especially if you need to be around South Delhi. It’s conveniently close to the mall and Max Super Speciality Hospital Saket, which made getting around very easy. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and well maintained, and it truly meets international standards in terms of comfort and service. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the overall environment is calm and welcoming. My experience from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality hotel in Delhi, I would highly recommend Hotel Saket 27. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely return. 😊

Location is far from central Delhi. Hotel is clean and the service staff are very very professional and good behavior. But the hotel properties are old. They should change the blankets and bed sheets. It should not use any more.

Hotel is good , everything looks good overall , just need to make effort to make it more clean and tidy ,rest all is good , recommend

Extremely disappointing experience. The behavior of Piyush at the reception was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Instead of helping guests, he spoke with attitude and zero respect. Hospitality is the basic expectation at any hotel, but this place failed badly. The entire experience was frustrating and ruined our stay. If management cannot train their reception staff to speak politely and handle guests properly, they should not be in the hospitality business. Would strongly advise people to avoid this hotel if you expect basic courtesy and respectful treatment.
