Near delhi local holesale market. Friendly staff good breakfast

I like the place but there is many things they need to fix

Heavy traffic and messy surroundings.

Vey hard to review. The location...I mean you book a Hotel in Paharganj so you can not complain you are in Paharganj.LOL I found the Market nearby really good. Lobby and Staff is amazing...I received a warm welcome and staff was always ready to help and auper sweet. I felt safe as I am a female traveling alone. So that is very important. I do feel like this Hotel matched the famous saying "clean for Indian standards" maybe. So far I did not understand what people meant cause all my previous hotels were top notch. This one is a bit older, needs to be freshened up and therefore seems a bit more dirty also. The sheets seemed clean and towels-although discolored-had a reassuring smell of bleach. All in all...maybe a better place for Paharganj , amazing staff and safety.

By reading the reviews,booked two rooms for a family trip with full payment for four nights as advance. When called on the day of check in they replied that rooms are ready. On arrival at the reception Shocked to hear that rooms not available due to some problem but they didn't reveal what exactly happened within hours of assurance that rooms are ready.Some how they arranged another hotel named Prime Balajii claiming that it's their property.Being with family including a baby we had no other options and moved. On the second day AC went out of order.Whe complained, could witness the irresponsible attitude of the staff. Please avoid booking this hotel .

I arrived very late (almost 3am) so I’m glad they still managed to open the door and let me check in. They offered a bottle of water, fruit, chips on arrival. Disappointed in the cleanliness as the room was not ready (no towels, no toilet paper) and bed linen had stains. Convenient location as not too far from main places to visit and although very hectic, I couldn’t hear a thing from the bedroom.

An average hotel with average facilities that should be cleaner and have a better breakfast

The hotel is close to the train station and is an easy walk to the BTS from the station. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very attentive.

The hotel had a permanent customer service desk at the entrance. The hotel requested travel advice and, after discussing a package (including all transportation and accommodations in Newteli, Agra, Janapur, and Varanasi), agreed on a price of $500. However, a sudden charge of $570 was applied. I requested a refund or cancellation, but they refused, claiming it was a bank transfer fee. I had no choice but to change my itinerary from train to flight, and they demanded an additional 3,000 rupees, which I paid. Furthermore, upon arrival at the Varanasi hotel, they suddenly demanded a daily travel fee of 4,500 rupees and demanded a refund, claiming they couldn't provide transportation to the airport. The hotel ceiling was leaking, which was extremely uncomfortable, and I ended up paying 3,500 rupees for transportation. I returned to New Delhi and tried to stay overnight at the New City New Delhi Hotel, but they demanded transportation (1,500 rupees). This violated my promise to cover all expenses until the airport. When I contacted the hotel representative, they said they had only received $480 from the bank and demanded an additional $40. I appealed to Trip.com for their clarification, but they refused, stating it was a personal matter. This unfair situation would not have occurred if I hadn't stayed at that hotel. I trusted Trip.com when choosing my accommodation, and this has now become a problem. I hope they will resolve this unfair situation.

It's less than a 10-minute walk from New Delhi Station. The rooms are clean and the linens smell fresh. The staff are very friendly. They chatted with me when I checked in, and I got the feeling that they remember my guests from these conversations. They greeted me cheerfully the next day as well. There is a restaurant on the rooftop. For breakfast, you can enjoy a buffet and choose between an omelet or pancakes. It's a great opportunity to enjoy local flavors in the morning. They're open in the evenings, so you can enjoy ice-cold beer. It's good value for money, and I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel front desk spoke very good English, the communication was smooth, the room was very clean, we felt great! The breakfast was delicious! Clean and hygienic, 666.

It was a very clean, comfortable hotel with everything you need. The bustling city roads you can see from the window are just like India. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. I stayed at two hotels at New Delhi Station, but this one was better because the rooms were larger and everything was well-equipped. The only thing I would like to say is that right after you check out, the *** at the reception desk will start trying to persuade you to take a day trip to Agra, so be strong and say no. (It's probably expensive.) The hotel is located on the west side of New Delhi Station (the train side of New Delhi Station). To get to the hotel from New Delhi Metro Station in the east, you need to cross the New Delhi Train Station, so you need to cross a footbridge in a confusing location. (The roads were very crowded and dangerous, so I basically used a rickshaw from the metro station.)
