The Hosteller Delhi

The receptionist when I checked in was quite rude. He did not show me anything about the app I needed, or where to ask for help etc. I had to ask 3 people to find out how to get a towel, then when I did, it was given to the wrong person. Dormitory is clean and comfortable, and bathroom is good

This is an amazing hostel close to the metro line. Room was nice and the staff was kind and helpfull. Their kitchen is also great so you can try tasty indian food there!

Great hostel but nothing around have to rely on the hostel canteen

Great place to be. Can get into the centre via the metro within 30 minutes. Worth it for the price!

Viva & Prateek where a Great help with my many questions

We really enjoyed our stay at the hosteller. The atmosphere was good, and the location was good, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the big attractions, especially the lotus temple.

Very good hostel in a cool neighborhood in Delhi. The price of the private room is way too high. Better go for the 4 bed dorm. Nice staff and clean rooms and washrooms. Private room is spacious and nice, but as I say, definitely very high.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. In response to a review I wrote highlighting all the issues during a 5 day stay with not a single night without issue and not a single room meeting basic standards, a representative named Aryan from their "Customer Experience" team reached out and on WhatsApp shared that they wished to "discuss the issues in detail." The executive repeatedly fixed specific time slots for a phone call, missed them entirely, and then had the audacity to multiple times falsely accuse me of not answering. When called out on it, he blamed "other calls" and tried to push it off yet again, completely disrespecting my time and having the guts to still call himself a "*** of His Words." Requests for email ID of CEO to send complaint were denied. It is clear that the toxic management culture runs from the front desk all the way to their customer service team. They don't want to fix problems; they just want to humiliate guests and check the box internally for having done "something." Lowering this property to 1 star from the previous 2, which is what it deserves for their TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. Avoid at all costs.
