Hotel Apple Villa - New Delhi

It ok good not expensive

My stay was extremely disappointing and fell far below acceptable standards. The room had multiple serious issues, including non-functioning air conditioning, television, toilet flush, shower, and unreliable key card access, with no toilet paper provided. Cleanliness was poor: stained bedsheets, broken mattress springs, hair on the bed, flies in the room, damp towels placed on the bed with remotes on top, and overall unhygienic conditions. The bathroom extractor fan was excessively loud, adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, construction noise started around 8:30am, severely disrupting my sleep after I had checked in at 2:30am due to flight delays. Given the number and severity of these problems, the room was unfit for accommodation and did not match the standards advertised on Trip.com, making this a complete service failure.

Very hot room, no AC, no views, no hot water, receptionist didn’t look happy, dirty walls, I saw ants on the bed… poor location, feel a bit unsafe all the time. That’s why the price it’s so cheap!

It was a pleasant stay at apple villa. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are good and the location is quiet but in busy street with a lot of restaurants and shop’s nearby

Everything was great, the reception staff were friendly and always attentive to the guest experience. The location is excellent for getting to famous landmarks; the shopping area is right outside the main road where you can buy everything. The room was relatively clean and tidy, with hot water for showering and complimentary bottled water. I will definitely return when I visit Delhi again.
