Very comfortable stay, extract my what I was looking for in terms of location. They have good clean rooms and their breakfast was also good. Highly recommended

The blanket covers had holes, stains. The room lobby smelled a little. The bathroom and room wasn’t cleaned properly. The staff was lovely they even gave me late check out as requested when I checked in late

Overall is satisfactory, easy to get transport by uber from hotel. The restaurant is in 1st floor. Shopping mall -Pacific mall is nearby about 10-15 minutes ride

It was very bad service and the intercom was not working. No water heater in the room and it was at 12° in Delhi and no heat working in room number 519 is my room number and I state from the 16th to 18 December 2025.
