This place was an absolute dump. The rooms were dirty, and there were cockroaches everywhere, even in the bed.
The laundry service was absolutely disappointing as well. It was too expensive, the clothes were still dirty afterwards, and to make matters worse, our clothes were marked with ballpoint pen, directly on the clothing!
We had specifically booked a room with AC, but upon arrival we were told that our room actually did not have AC. After a two-hour back-and-forth with Trip.com, we finally got the AC room we had originally booked. However, we had to pay extra for it at the reception, which Trip.com refunded us afterwards.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. The cleanliness, laundry service, and handling of our booking were all unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

It's pretty dirty and disgusting. I booked a hotel just to leave my suitcase there for a few hours. I had to nap in my clothes because it was pretty unpleasant to be there.

The hotel is okay for €10, but it could be cleaner and *** you have to call reception to get a hot shower.

I'm a backpacker.
I've stayed in a lot of dormitories and budget hotels with poor reviews, but this one had the worst attitude.
I paid online, but they asked for an additional 2,000 rupees. While I was arguing, another staff member came and said I'd already paid online and that further arguments would be bad, so I didn't have to pay. But they were rude and tried to rip me off, which was annoying.
The room was okay from a backpacker's perspective, but considering the prices in India, it was... well...
The room was full of sand, and the sheets were often dirty, so if you're traveling, I'd avoid this place.
The location is also a bit off-putting, especially if you're a woman traveling alone or a non-backpacker.
The hotel is located down a dark side street, a bit of a walk, and it's hard to find. The road smelled of feces and urine, and it was really dirty.
If you're looking for a cheap hotel but want a good deal, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
