Just got home from a fantastic stay in Delhi at Hotel Godwin. The main guy (I think the owner), who worked the desk during the day was fantastic and super helpful. He helped arrange daytrips, super attentive to any queries we had. The staff would even make sure we got into the correct taxi/tuk tuk. The hotel is very close to New Delhi Rail and Metro station. I think you could walk it but wouldn't reccomend. It's easy to hail a Tuk Tuk on Uber or off the street to take you. The room was a very high standard for India with free bottles of water daily, and very good AC in the room. They aren't hugely sound proof and you can hear a lot of noise from outside the rooms, but it isn't too bad at all. Their breakfast is yummy with Indian Curries for breakfast! The on site restaurant/room service is also delicious too, at a fair price. We were made to feel welcome at the hotel and if I were to go back to Delhi, I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, close to markets, restaurants, main train and metro station. Metro line to airport is also very close. Room was comfortable but cleanliness could be improved. Wi-fi and A/C were very good. The area is very busy at any time of day and night, but the room remained quiet and we could always have a great sleep. Last but not least, very friendly staff!

The sanitation and environment were a little worse, but the service was great and helped a lot, and the water was hot, it was not cold at all, but there was no air conditioning. The quilt was a bit thin, everything else was good, especially the security guard, who helped open the door was super cold and kept standing at the door.

Generally it's an okay hotel for a short stay! The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful which is great but there's no hot shower in the morning when I needed them, and room itself was not super clean when I first got into the room. Shower was broken when I was about to have my first shower, called the reception, instead of changing my room, they sent a plumber to fix it ... The problem was still there, so I had to be careful whenever I used the shower.

I decided to go to this hotel near the train station because I decided to go to Agda at 6:20 the next morning. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will have juice and mineral water on the waiter. The bathrooms are tiny yet maintained and the in house catering and restaurant offers scrumptious food. The staff is friendly and welcoming as soon as you enter the premises while the service is prompt although, it can get a little slow when the hotel is at capacity during wedding season. Services include room service, bar and restaurants, swimming pools, valet and rented vehicles. Will definitely suggest a stay here as the prices vary greatly depending on the season ranging between ( rs 8500-15500 ) and the plus point is, it is located right in the heart of city.
