It was my first time in India and I arrived alone in New Delhi. Choosing this hotel was a good decision. A taxi was waiting for me and brought me directly to the hotel even though my plane was more than 2 hours late. The rooms are good, there is AC so it helped me go through 2 days in Delhi where I could barely stand the heat. The staff was helpful and the restaurant is nice. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very good and affordable hotel, recommend to all the backpackers. Right in the heart of New Delhi city, only couple of walks to New Delhi Railway Station and Metro Station. All the staffs are very helpful. Wifi connection also quiet fast and unlimited.

What one looks in a hotel ? Hospitality & Service ? Well this place offers more than that. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are tiny yet maintained and the in house catering and restaurant offers scrumptious food. The staff is friendly and welcoming as soon as you enter the premises while the service is prompt although, it can get a little slow when the hotel is at capacity during wedding season. Services include room service, bar and restaurants, swimming pools, valet and rented vehicles. Will definitely suggest a stay here as the prices vary greatly depending on the season ranging between ( rs 8500-15500 ) and the plus point is, it is located right in the heart of city.

No doubt hotel is good. room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable and no noise from outside. But some misguided shows on travel websites. We have reached hotel at 12 at noon. at front desk checked in us very fast. when bell boy opened room exactly then power supply shut down. temperature is 45 and no light in hotel. no ac no fan no lift no intercom. after 20 minutes wait gone at front desk by using upstairs. ***ager said that we’re not allowed to use generator by government in whole city. after one hour power supply began. after that i ordered for tea. ***ager said government ban kitchen in whole city hotels. they allowed us after 5 pm. no hot water in room no. 201. they provide us breakfast in room. food was good in taste and quantity also. staff is ***nered and polite. i gave 3 out of 5 to hotel.
