Breakfast is good, but the room is quite old designed and the air-conditioning system is noisy during night time.

Come stay for the 2nd time. But this time the room next to the accommodation was loud.

The hotel location and facilities are average and satisfactory, no surprises. Waterloo is located in the suburbs, with enough parking space and breakfast provided, which is very convenient. Reasonable price/performance ratio.

I stayed for four nights in total, and the bathroom was not cleaned every day. I had to call the front desk every time to ask someone to clean it. The key was to only change bath towels and collect garbage. The paper towels are not replaced when they are gone, and the shower gel is not replaced when they are gone. Worst experience ever
