Just a heads-up, even if you book a specific room type on Ctrip, the hotel might change it on the spot due to being overbooked, without even blinking an eye. I recommend Ctrip stops featuring this hotel. We don't have the energy to argue with people every day, sigh... Also, the soundproofing is terrible.

We were visiting the school, and this was the worst hotel with terrible service! I booked a king-size bed plus a sofa bed, which cost 300 yuan more than a standard room. However, the dark-skinned woman at the front desk was very unfriendly. When I got to the room, I found it was a standard room. I went downstairs to talk to her, and she was full of lies, saying they had upgraded us to two beds because the room I booked was no longer available. We immediately reported it to Ctrip, and another male front desk staff member changed our room. The service at this hotel is just awful! It doesn't live up to Yale's reputation!

Visiting my old school campus so I am very familiar with the neighborhood. I picked this hotel because it’s relatively quite area. However, we couldn’t sleep at all because the room has no soundproof at all. The next door guests was parting with loud music, and even if they were told to turn off the speaker at 2AM, still countinue talking loudly until the sunrise. No basic amenities provided. For the cleaning matter, glass flakes founded on the carpet. Very unpleasant staying, unfortunately. Also $25 parking fee for even hotel guests.
