Great location. We were able to walk to a lot of the places that we wanted to visit.

Large room

Location was perfect for us with quick access to Yale University and its nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Housekeeping services are minimum (just refills of amenities, exchange of towels, and garbage emptying) which fit us perfectly. Only downside is no restaurant but considering the location it was no problem - plus there is a lobby shop for those “emergencies” when you don’t want to walk anywhere. All staff were very kind and service minded.

I have stayed at a hotel for 5 days, the bed is comfortable, the facility quite well which free drinking water dispenser was enjoyable, people all nice to me. If I find fault with on purpose, which was the coffee maker disappointed me very much, hope them will refreshed the beans. By the way, I have 2 deposited each 50 dollars, but it seems not refunded back.

This is a very nice hotel. Central location and service minded. The housekeeping is very good and friendly. Car parking right beside hotel and be accessed directly.

Great stay, comfortable room that is close to all amenities

The hotel was nice and clean but the only issue was that the AC didn't work. They said it doesn't work after a certain time of the year so we were very hot but luckily we didn't spend much time in the hotel, only to sleep. They did offer to move rooms but didn't feel like doing all that.

The best hotel I've stayed in this trip. The front desk was friendly and the room was comfortable. Parking is available across the street until 3 a.m. the next day. It's charged but safe. There's a large seating area in the lobby with a microwave and water.

The hotel is close to Yale University and it is very convenient to walk there. The room facilities are relatively simple. The sanitary conditions are not very good. There is a lot of dust and dirt accumulated in the corners. There was actually a big spider 🕷️ walking on the wall near the table, which was really scary. The hotel does not have breakfast, you need to go out and find it nearby.

Is the unclean room the biggest problem of the hotel? The bed sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases have obviously not been changed. I called to ask them to change them, and they said they were off work and could bring them to me. But the problem is that the ones they brought were not that clean. I am really disappointed. I don't recommend it.

No slippers, no breakfast, no free parking, you have to park in the opposite parking lot, 22 dollars a day. There is nothing in the room except a Bible. The price is very expensive.

The room is very quiet, convenient for travel, surrounded by various stores, life is very convenient, and Yale is within walking distance

Very satisfied, good in all aspects, close to Yale, big room, especially coming from New York, I feel this hotel is great, highly recommended!
