"The location is good, and the parking lot (24 dollars per day + tax) is right in front, so it's convenient. There's a water purifier, so you don't have to buy water separately, and the room and bathroom are also spacious. It's close to downtown New Haven, so it's good for walking around the neighborhood and taking a walk. The staff is friendly, and there's a microwave on the first floor, so you can cook simple meals. Except for the fact that there's no swimming pool in the hotel and the room cleaning takes a long time, this hotel is satisfactory in terms of location and facilities."
"Location is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip.
For those who they love nightlife must live here because it’s just cross the road have best nightlife bars and clubs.
Perfect Hotel I Recommend 100%"
"First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. There are many restaurants to eat in the front and back of the main road at the door. It is also very close to walking to various places of the university. Secondly, although the hotel lobby is not big, but set a lot of comfortable sofas, the layout is very warm, when I went, it happened to be during the mold match, the players from all countries were there to discuss warmly, there was a computer in the hall, I saw that people often used it, Sometimes it is really needed. Although the room is not big, it is not cramped. I have set a big bed room. The bed is very comfortable. I don’t know if I don’t feel that I need to get jet lag. Is it a credit to the bed? There is a long desk in the room, which is just convenient for me to deal with some work every night. There is a heating cabinet next to the sofa. It looks not good, but it is very practical. In this snowy day, I will twist and dry the small items that need to be washed and put on it. It will be dried the next day. It will be dried before changing clothes. It will be warmed up. I unlocked the new function. The service is just right, will not disturb me, will not be too enthusiastic, but when there is a need, can help in time, clean the room regularly every day, change towels, etc. (I saw some comments that foreign hotels do not provide these services every day after check-in)"

"The room is new and clean. The location is also very good, only a five-minute walk from the old campus of Yale University. You can reach the chapel by walking along Hight Road and crossing two intersections. I am very satisfied with the hotel. The only drawback is that the parking fee is too expensive, $39 per night, while Ctrip recommended $25, and it is valet parking, which is really inconvenient to use a car."
"The hotel is not big, but the facilities are very warm and the bathroom has a hand shower. The front desk staff are very welcoming and affable. New Haven is a small city, and the hotel is very close to Yale. It is also very close to the train station, only 10 minutes by taxi. There is no breakfast in the hotel, but there is a cafe, which tastes good. If there is food that needs to be heated in the microwave, the lady in the cafe will lend you a microwave. The number of restaurants around is okay and the pizza is delicious😋"
"The hotel is very clean and is about 10 minutes' walk from Yale University. It is very convenient. The hotel service is also very good. I like the atmosphere of this hotel very much. It is clean and bright. Hygiene: Very good"
"The room is like a box, clean and hygienic! The parking lot is right in front of the hotel, free of charge, very convenient.
The food in the restaurant is not bad, but the fire alarm scared me so much that I ran downstairs in my pajamas, and it was raining, which was actually a mistake. 🥹"
"The hotel is very conveniently located, close to Yale University and within walking distance.
The restaurant on the first floor tastes good.
The hotel staff are very nice."
"Apart from free parking and breakfast, this hotel is not recommended. The elevator is particularly scary. It sounds like falling. The elevator broke down once during the stay. Fortunately, I was not in it but planned to use it. As a result, the elevator did not open or move after pressing the button ."
"The stay there was nice, it’s not a 5 star but it’s in a great location, it’s clean, and there’s always coffee on in the lobby👍🏼 I would definitely stay there again as the location is very convenient."
