Staff polite, easy check in, clean room. However, took a moment to check out due to no staff being around and asked for extra towels when only given one.

Overall it was just a little disappointing. Staff wants not overly friendly or available and didn’t answer the phone when I called down to ask a question. The decor is outdated and dark and the pool is only open until 8pm. It felt like bare bones and staff, holding on until they foreclose. No outside seating available rather, which was disappointing because the weather was nice.

We have always enjoyed staying at a Holiday Inn. The place was lovely and staff very friendly. The parking lot needs to be paved again. Adding better lighting in back area would make people feel safe.

A nice stay but not very lively despite being downtown. I would think the restaurant could do better as a venue with some live music.

The front desk girls were super helpful. We added one night reservation last minute because the schedule has changed. They helped us to keep the same room without much effort.
They also let me use a large room at night for Zoom call, so my child can sleep on time in the room. Excellent stay

The hallway carpet on the third floor has large, loose, wrinkled areas all up and down the hall. The "wrinkles" are large enough to catch the wheels of my suitcase and flip it over, nearly causing me to fall!

I like the hotel..what i dont like us the water dont get hot in the shower i have take a cold shower
