We loved our stay in New Smyrna! The Duplex was immaculate with a perfect location and a pool right outside the front door. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or small appliance that could be needed. The 2 coffee makers (Keurig and a standard drip) were perfect for our needs. Dennis was great to communicate with and very accommodating. Just and all around great experience!

Loved this home. It was cozy, clean, well decorated, and stocked with all the extras one might need for the beach or cooking meals at home. Host was welcoming and kind, even alerting us to events in the area that were of interest to us. We will definitely stay here again!

This is an outstanding property that is very clean and whose owners are very responsive to any questions. The kitchen is well stocked and every bathroom has plenty of towels and soap. It is located in an ideal location in New Smyrna Beach and within five minute walk to the beach. There are multiple places to shop and eat within 10 minutes. My family and I have been using VRBO for over a decade and these owners are the most responsive and pleasant that I have dealt with. This is now the place I will always try to stay when visiting my in-laws.
