The Salty Mermaid Oceanfront Hotel

This was the most amazing place to stay. The people were so very friendly and helpful and the place was absolutely beautiful! I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful and perfect location for a couple. Right on the beach, low-key environment, short walk to the wonderful bars, restaurants, and nightlife on Flagler Ave. Private 'beaching area' just for salty mermaid only. Rent a golf cart / e-bike and explore. Only complaint was shower head, needs a new one. Other than that, perfect for us on our 20th wedding anniversary. Thank you!

The room was very clean. The bed was so uncomfortable , glad we only stayed one night. There was a hose right outside our room that a lot of people were using so we had to close our blinds! Our mistake coming on a holiday weekend. Otherwise it’s pretty much right on the beach and there are beach chairs available to use. The coffee pot did not work. Parking was extremely tight!

We enjoyed our stay at the Salty Mermaid very much. The room was clean and comfortable and Lisa and staff were so helpful with anything we asked. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint place right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. It’s at the top of our list for a getaway to the beach.

Room was clean and the staff, especially Daisey, was very nice and attentive. While the building is from another era, that really is part of the charm. The location is outstanding by being so close the sand and walkable to almost anything you will want. Highly recommend and will be back.

Lisa, the owner, is very accommodating and communicative! We had access to our room around 12 noon. Location was great! Bed was comfortable and room updated nicely. Because there were only 5 rooms we were able to meet other guests…not a thing at big hotel chains. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Great location on the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops. The room itself is cute but the bathrooms small and no place to put anything, we had to set our bathroom bag on the table outside the bathroom. No handy place to charge devices.

Beach access is perfect and a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. The bed was comfy, the room was clean warm and inviting, it’s a quick and easy walk into town. Our host was great she gave us all the necessary information and asked about our arrival time and any special needs we might have.
