The room amenities and toiletries were of great quality, and I really liked the wet and dry separation in the bathroom design.

The location is convenient, and the facilities are new and clean. Although it's a bit of a walk from the night market, it's an acceptable 10-minute stroll. The luggage space inside the room is well-designed.

My friend and her daughter really enjoy their stay, we booked total 5 rooms this trip. Everyone was happy, will definitely stay here again

What's Hot: location is near bus routes to the airport (1962) & near the Banqiao bus/train/MRT terminals. Rooms are modern & new, well equipped and if you're on a higher floor, have great views of the city. The toilets are equipped with the latest Toto Japanese bidet type potties. There are filtered water dispensers on all floors next to the lifts. There are free snacks, drinks & beverages in the room provided. The TV has a large screen. Surroundings are filled with food, coffee & groceries (Family mart). What's Not: The reception area is small & congested, service is stressed out, efficient, but curt. Beds only have one pillow provided by default. Room air conditioning settings can't be controlled easily. Breakfast is actually served off site at their sister hotel next door (Caesar Park hotel) at the Lotus restaurant (good food though).

Definitely one of the best rooms in the area. High value for the price. Had a little congestion at the lift which the staff helped us navigate with the staff lift given we were travelling with elderly and infants. Staff at check out also helped with noting our luggage transfer arrangements.

Convenient location to metro and hSR station. Lots of eateries around the area.

Staff were helpful though they may not sound friendly but they are just direct and straightforward. Room was clean and spacious, location and amenities were a plenty.

The overall service is good. But the zero plastic policy is a bit inconvenient when our request of chopsticks was denied.

There's a fabulous stay here! Check in fast, room is big n clean. We do enjoy our stay here very much! We will recommend this hotel to fren n family in future.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were consistently rude throughout our 3-day stay — not a single person came across as friendly. For a 4-star hotel, this kind of attitude is truly disappointing. If you check the Google reviews, you’ll see I’m not the only one who experienced this — it’s clearly a recurring issue. On a positive note, the room was clean, and the hotel’s location was convenient, surrounded by shops with a nice coffee and tea place just across the street. However, there are no facilities at all — absolutely zero.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I chose it again because of its excellent amenities and thoughtful design. The room is beautifully decorated in calming green tones, and the layout is ideal for two or three guests. I especially appreciated the separate wet and dry toilet areas, as well as the divided bathroom and shower-very convenient for sharing. Guests can also enjoy complimentary movies, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I had a great night's sleep and would gladly return.

Can enjoy the view outside the window.

Good location. But lack of service. the lobby dont have place to sit so you need to stand while waiting uber/taxi. the check in not good as allow customers to cut Q and jump here and there.
