Today is 2/2/2025. I came here for the second time. It was not as good as the first time. Maybe there was no service during the New Year holiday. Especially the reservation email 📧 was very informal and impolite. It was also difficult to reply to the email. There was no Dear xxx. It just said... Sorry. There were no two words written in red bold font. This is the first time I have come across this kind of hotel email reply! The weather was not good this time either, it was cloudy and rainy☔️ Fortunately, there were a few cherry blossom trees in full bloom, they were quite beautiful!

A hot spring hotel not far from home. If you stay in a pet room, you can bring your own swimsuit to take a bath. On the night of check-in, another company booked the restaurant, so I didn't have the chance to try the Chinese restaurant. For the breakfast buffet the next day, you have to go before 9 o'clock, otherwise you will have to queue for a long time to get in.

I booked a hotel more than a month in advance and contacted the hotel counter to request a room on a high floor. However, I was later told that the restaurant company was having a wedding event and was overcrowded that day. It only took 1 minute to check in. The receptionist was impatient and arranged a room on a lower floor. I asked I was impatient even though I had no time. The parking lot was completely full and we circled around a few times. Fortunately, the security guard provided good service and gave us his private parking space. This is the only part worth thanking.

The barbecue experience was extremely bad. The fire was sharp, and the grilling iron net was close to the fire. It was difficult to flatten the sharp flames when adding carbon. After adding carbon, the fire was very big and I couldn't sit in front of it to barbecue. The meat and food were burnt at the beginning, and half of the food was almost inedible. It was a pity. I thought I could easily barbecue with ready-made food, but I didn't expect that the whole family was stuck because of the fire, and some family members were even burned. I don't want to believe in barbecue again next time! The hot spring facilities are amazing! The room was clean and everything went well, but the barbecue gave me a terrible experience!
