The room was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four. Having luggage storage was super convenient. Plus, there's an MRT station and a large shopping mall right nearby. Downstairs and along the street, there are tons of food options available.

Overall is good except staff not that friendly as I expected. Will be back but maybe different location

The hygiene was acceptable, but the subway construction right outside the entrance made getting in and out a bit inconvenient. The staff provided good service. However, the hotel's laundry facilities could use some improvement; despite having them, the washing machines looked so unhygienic that I didn't dare to use them.

It is acceptable to stay if you don't mind the whole environment. It is convenient to shop and have something to eat or drink because the department store is nex to the hotel. The price is not very high and acceptable for the living space,but the light is not very bright

Great for the price but that’s about it. The windowless rooms are small and the walls are dirty and moldy. The shared bathroom is decent but the toilet doesn’t accept toilet paper so you have to use the bidet. Good for a quick cheap stay in Taipei but not much else

Initially, there was a slight hiccup with check-in because the reference number wasn't working, so the front desk staff had to help me out in the end. Overall, the room was really comfortable. Maybe because I booked early, they were able to meet all my requests. I really have to praise the air conditioning – it was super cold! And the hot water system was good too; there was plenty of hot water for showers. Since it's a three-star hotel, we didn't expect too much, but the cleaning staff did a pretty good job, and most importantly, nothing went missing. As for the facilities, although I didn't use them much, I did take a look. They do have a gym, but it seemed like one of the treadmills wasn't working. The space isn't huge, but it's enough to get a workout in. They also have a public area where you can sit and eat. Regarding service, the front desk staff were generally polite, but sometimes they weren't around. I tried calling the front desk from my room once, and no one answered. Honestly, for this price, being able to rent this hotel is already great. However, it's not in the city center, so it does take a bit more time to get to downtown or other places.

This hotel is great. I loved the place and its very central in the commercial area. The location is a bit far to central Taipei (Main station, Ximen, etc) but the Metro is literally a 5-minute walk away. Next door to the hotel is a Poya and then like 5 minutes away is another grocery store. Its also surrounded by 7/11s and Family Marts. A mall is also situated next door, it has several restaurants, muji, adidas, steak house, curry house, etc. The location is not really a problem since Taiwan public transportation is golden. Room Type: Deluxe Quadruple Room Pros: 1. The room is spacious and even has two toilets and two sinks. 2. The location is close to the MRT station, which is convenient. 3. The soundproofing seems good; I wasn't disturbed by other guests during my four-night stay. 4. The mattress was comfortable – not too soft, not too firm, with a bouncy yet supportive feel. 5. The water pressure was strong, the flow was fast, and the water temperature was consistent. There's also a bathtub for soaking. Cons: 1. The room cleaning was inadequate; there were still many long hairs left on the floor from previous guests. 2. For a quadruple room, there was only one chair at the dining table. If you wanted to eat or chat in the room, you'd have to sit on the bed. 3. Only bath towels were provided, no hand towels, which made it inconvenient to dry hands after washing. 4. For a quadruple room, there was only a small wardrobe and one luggage rack. Extra belongings had to be placed on the floor. 5. Because the room was large and the TV was far away, it looked a bit small and wasn't very satisfying to watch. 6. Parking spaces are limited and small, so during peak times, you might not find a spot.

The location is grea? Nearby MRT station and metro lines. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Friendly front desk provided fast and no hassle check-in. Hotel is just a short walk from the MRT station which is a plus in the summer heat. The twin share room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed for 6 days. They didn't replace the disposable toiletries or the bedding unless I specifically asked.

The room wasn't sparkling clean, but the bedding was well-maintained, which made it bearable. There's enough space to open a 26-inch suitcase, and the room I had even had a window, so it didn't feel too claustrophobic. However, there's absolutely no soundproofing. The gap under the door is wide open, so you can even hear snoring from the next room. If you're a solo traveler just looking for a place to sleep, it's not a bad option.

Good something more than hostel with individual rooms and free washing machine!! Female bathroom is secure with a padlock 🙂↕️ Brilliant value product!!

The self-service check-in and check-out were super convenient. The room was spacious enough, comfortable, and quiet. There's also self-service laundry, which is great for guests. The location is convenient and close to the Xuhui MRT station. The only downside is the lack of free parking.
