Cozy and clean, warm and quiet at night. 10 out of 10, will be my first choice for the next time

I started communicate with the hotel via Line app 1eeek before travel Their response is quick and accurate The hotel also provided very clear instructions for the directions to the place, check in, check out, luggage storage etc. travellers that do not read instructions uand/or see the videos will have problems Overall, the hotel is comfortable, clean and beautiful We like it so much and would definitely stat again if we ever comeback to Jiufen

Room is clean and very cozy. There is a dehumidifier which is perfect for the weather. Rooms have low doors so always be sure to watch your head (not a problem for a shorty like me though). Book in advance as there is no receptionist. Make sure to send them a message before your trip to jiufen so they can send you the pass codes.

Decided to visit Jiufen on a whim and stumbled upon the 'Spirited Away' B&B after sifting through many options. The photos showed a Japanese style that I absolutely adored, and arriving there, I was just as delighted! It truly felt like incredible value for money. They even provided a dehumidifier, and the hot water was so relaxing and pleasant. 😌

Took a taxi up there, but once we arrived, we had to walk a short distance with our luggage, including a set of stairs. The room itself was very clean, though the toilet tended to clog easily. The view was excellent though; being on the hilltop, you could see the sea and the small islands below.

Very confused to find the place since reaching at the time of light raining (17.00 pm.) Take us more than an hour despite net calling & video guidance. Luckily, we've prepared to carry only our own piece of backpack necessary for one night. The hotel refused to accommodate 2 futons as originally requested in the system, one single bed provided and 50 TWD if request to change. The room is so cold, no heater only one medium thick blanket given, which make us shiver all night long. Spectacular view from the room though!. It was mistaken to pick to stay here. Terrible experince.

The room is clean, the amenities are good but the location of the room is quite complicated and difficult to remember.

The view is absolutely stunning and totally worth staying in this room! It’s got that cozy Japanese room vibe with tons of wood furniture. However, because Jiufen can be a bit humid, you might notice some mold stains and a bit of a musty smell, which could be a little disappointing.

Quite hard to find at first times but overall is good. Free drinking water. Clean bathroom.

Overall experience was great, was allowed to leave the luggage before check in time, had a well written description and instructions of how to check in and get to the place. Plus points for a great view of the sunset a few minutes walk away. Comfortable beds and nice milk tea and free snacks:)

The room is clean and cozy. The contact person is also very responsive via messages, and it is easy to ask for help / instructions. Photo 1 & 2 is the common area where drinking water is available. Photos 3 - 7 are of the private room booked. It's clean, space is enough and cozy to rest, and the private bath is also well maintained; good water pressure.
