The location is very convenient and easy to find. It's just a 3-minute walk from the train station. When you arrive, you can either scan the official LINE QR code on the glass door or directly call the Yu Yuan guesthouse from the map. The owner will come right away. We arrived early to drop off our luggage, and the owner was very kind, immediately coming to open the door for us and letting us into our room without having to wait until 3 PM. The guesthouse has a water dispenser, refrigerator, and coffee machine. When you turn on the hot water in the bathroom, you'll need to wait about 5 minutes for it to get warm towards your body. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, but you can smoke right outside the guesthouse on the first floor, which my friend was very happy about! 😂 Breakfast was bacon toast and rice balls. It wasn't fancy, just like what you'd get delivered at a motel, but it was tasty and not disappointing.

My groups of 9 people liked the stay in Yuyuan Happy House, we taken up all the 4 rooms, the whole house belong us, no worry of disturb other guest. It has small pantry area with coffee machine, a small sitting area where we can chat all nights. Breakfast was provided too. The place is liked home for us. It located near train station and also within walking distance to many eateries, bubble tea shops. Bed is very comfortable to sleep after long day out.

1. There was no staff at the front desk upon check-in; we had to call and wait, and were eventually led to the wrong room (there are two properties nearby). 2. The water heater had no power that evening, so there was no hot water. We later had to ask the staff for help. 3. The person on the phone seemed rather unfriendly (perhaps that was just my impression). 4. This room type wasn't specified as being on the ground floor; I booked it specifically for the floor-to-ceiling windows—though I suppose I could have asked for more details. It was quite noisy on the Mid-Autumn Festival night. The floor-to-ceiling windows open directly to an outdoor courtyard, and people were walking past right outside in the morning. I'd recommend avoiding the windowless rooms. 5. The pros are probably the good location and that it was reasonably clean.

Location was 3min walk from station. Central of everywhere you want to go. Excellent. The owner was kind and attentive and so are the guests in the house. Which help me to check in without any fuss at all. I believe it has to be the most modern contemporary 民宿 in Jiufen. Weekends are surely going to be fully booked. So book in 1-2 weeks advance. A cosy, private and safe place to stay in Jiufen.

It's a clean and convenient place (less than a 5-minute walk) near Ruifang Station. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay for two nights and three days. ^^ There's no space to spread out my suitcase, but it's cozy, has good drainage, and good water pressure. It's locked with a key, so you can store your suitcase and sleep safely. Also, you have to close the curtains and turn on the lock before you can lock it. The lobby was great, and the owner was friendly and the service was great. ♥︎ I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Taiwan. ^^

Upon check-in, I was placed in a room that hadn't been fully cleaned, and then waited for almost an hour before finally being able to check in. The staff were friendly. After checking in, I noticed that there were children in the next room and upstairs, moving around and making noise quite frequently, which somewhat disturbed my rest. The staff assisted in communicating with the guests, and their attitude was acceptable. However, overall, there is room for improvement in room confirmation and accommodation arrangements. Some rooms are spacious and suitable for large families, but might not be suitable for guests sensitive to noise. I suggest that they be more considerate in terms of room preparation and quietness requirements.

It is about a 3-minute walk from Ruifang Railway Station. The environment is clean and bright, the service is friendly, the water pressure is stable, the quadruple room on the second floor has a bathtub and steam equipment for use, the bathroom is large, the independent hair dryer is not wall-mounted, and there are many sockets and USB sockets in the room. The public space is equipped with a water dispenser, small tea bags, milk tea and coffee machines, and all tableware and cups are complete.

The room is comfortable, and transportation and eating are very convenient! Mr. Zhao personally made coffee for us, thank you very much! 🎉🎉🎉

There is a paid multi-storey parking lot nearby. I stayed here overnight. On the first day, I took the bus to Jiufen, and the next day I took the train station to Pingxi. The location is very convenient. The homestay is also very comfortable.

The service attitude is very good and polite😆 The toilet is also very big and overall it’s great👍🏼 Definitely stay here once if you have a chance😍

Good location, only 5 minutes' walk to Ruifang Food Street (station) The only drawback - there is no parking space, you need to park in a nearby parking lot, so you paid an extra 400 yuan for parking.
