Location of our villa is just at the beach. Openn the door and we are at the beach! Only has private hot spring tub in the villa. Comes with games room, arcade, public hot spring pool, table tennis etc. Only dissatisfaction is the smoke smell left in the room from previous occupants.
Wish they priorise Toiletries or at least hand soap.

Second time staying here, in general it was a good stay. Good location, near MRT, lots of food options and got a convenience store right across the hotel. The room is spacious, outdated design but still comfortable. The lighting is dark I would say for both aisle and the room. Staffs are friendly and welcoming.

I think the best way to put it is that it’s not your vocational hotel it’s more for stop point or working through cities hotel where it values practically and budget for suitable for work or students…I choose the smallest room but honestly personally as long as I have a clean bed which provide me a high quality sleeping that’s all a care….
If you own a locomotive or motorcycle…finding a park is living hell…I spend over 30 min trying to find a spot and failed…if you own a car then they can a car parking ground

We temporarily checked out of the hotel diagonally opposite because the smell in the room was unacceptable. We asked the platform to check out and booked Jixian Business Hotel instead. This business hotel has a high CP value. Although the breakfast is not many in style, the dishes Very fresh and delicious! At least there was no sewer smell in the room!

You should bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste because they would not provide that.

Hotel location is excellent however the receptionists require more training in handling check in customers. Disgraceful to mentioned that one lady with short hair (hotel manager I guessed) totally ignoring check in customers at main entrance. No bell boy at all except her standing there ignoring all walk in customers with hand carry luggages. She don’t even bother to open the door or offering any assistance to customers. This type of behaviour is totally unacceptable and unprofessional to work in hotel line. The breakfasts are acceptable and staffs were good in cleaning up tables. Hotel conditions are average and well maintained. Room was acceptable and nothing great to mention. Customer service is the key to improve in this hotel rather than being ignorant! Attached Costco monthly BEST workers scheme for reference!!

TTutuIt was my first time to spend the night in Jiufen. I was lucky enough to book this room at a very discounted price, which is suitable for a small family. For a couple of us, the room was very large and antique, which matched well with the atmosphere of Jiufen, although there were some things It's not available but it doesn't have any impact😅The service staff are also very kind. Breakfast is delivered to the room at the same time. It's really great. It's even more convenient to go out. You can reach the old street in less than 5 minutes. I decided to add it to my pocket list. Medium ❤️

LleungThe environment is very good and the room is beautiful, but the toilet is open and has no door. If you want to poop, the whole room will smell. If you are not a single person, everyone will have to endure the smell. The sound insulation is very poor. Although everyone is already treading lightly, there is the dining area at the door of the room. The sound of boiling water for washing hands early in the morning, the sound of taking cups, plates and forks, and the sound of opening the refrigerator... It is far away from Jiufen Old Street. It's far away. It takes 5 minutes to drive. It's not recommended to walk at night. It takes about 20 minutes to walk. It's mainly too remote and there aren't many cars passing by during the day. But the environment and rooms are really beautiful and it's very suitable for checking in.

NnodarinWe contacted them on LINE and they came to pick us up at the bus stop. Even though we hadn't checked in yet, they let us into our room. Thanks to them, we were able to go to the cat village and the waterfall. They gave us clear instructions on where to eat dinner in Jiufen at night, where to take photos, and what to see at different times of the day. It was the best night view. We returned to our room and quietly had a drink while watching the night view from the balcony of our room. In the morning, we enjoyed a peaceful walk and had a delicious breakfast while looking at the view from outside. After checking out, they kept our luggage and we enjoyed tea at a ********* tea shop for two hours. After returning, they carried our luggage to the bus stop. My whole family was very satisfied! Thank you very much.

JJoleneThe stay was excellent! Absolutely loved it! It was very near the main jiu fen street (just about a 3min walk) and the staff members were all super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and neat. The common areas are so beautifully decorated and there's plenty of space. I love how they prioritised this and not just turn everything into bedrooms. Very thoughtful of them.
Breakfast was simple but sufficient. You get porridge with a variety of dishes to go along with. They also have bread with butter/jam available.
The stay is located on top a flight of stairs. Our group traveled as a family with 2 senior citizens and the flight of stairs were a little tiring for them. Do take note if you're taveling with those who are older or have difficulties walking. It isn't too bad, but can definitely be tricky for some.
Overall, we had an absolutely lovely stay. This place is one of the prettiest out of the rest we scouted for jiu fen as well. It's a good pick and I would stay here again if I were to come back to jiu fen. Hope you find this helpful! Cheers!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location. Downstairs is Dingxi MRT Station, which is convenient for transportation. A short walk away is Lehua Night Market, where you can go shopping and eat at night. The room is a little small but very clean. Unfortunately, breakfast is only a voucher for a nearby fast food restaurant. It is recommended to order without breakfast. You can eat Yonghe Soy Milk nearby for breakfast.

JJosephThe view from this guesthouse is unreal!! Spectacular!. Also, the staff were super friendly and spoke good English and also gave us help and messages on Line which was kind. There’s free tea, coffee, and snacks. The room was huge, super comfy, and with really nice original rock details (it’s built into the mountainside). I loved the location too, after all the shops and hustle bustle of old street. So you can walk through and do your souvenir shopping and then arrive to the calm here. There’s also a viewing platform around the corner and an amazing restaurant on the street above (Shukuo Qimy). Overall highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe location is about 10 -15 mins walk to the Tamsui Fisherman's Wharf. There is direct bus just around the corner which can take you to Tamsui old street and the metro station. There is a supermarket nearby and a 7-11.
The room is huge! The bed is two queens bed combined. The only downside for this hotel is there is no wardrobe. It only has a tiny little hock to hang clothes and it’s very low. So my long jacket will be sweeping the floor if I hand there. There is also no partition between the bathroom and the bedroom. There is also no switch to switch off the light on top of the bathroom basin
The shower room do not have a holder where u can put your shower gel and face wash. The clothes rack is near the shower head and your clothes could get wet. If you put your stuffs outside the shower room, as there is no partition between bathroom and bedroom, your room mates will be able to see you when you open the shower door.
Please add a rack in the shower room and add back the partition between bathroom and bedroom. I think that’s necessary.

The hotel is easy to find, as it is located just after entering the streets of Jiufen.
The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable.
I was surprised by the loud noise at night, but when I asked the hotel staff, they said it was due to the water pressure in the shower.
Although that was a surprise, I was able to experience the beauty of Jiufen and the warmth of the people, and it was a comfortable trip.
I would like to go to Jiufen again, so I would like to stay here again.

GGuest UserHard to find : we found the hotel after a few time. The location on Google Maps and Apple Plan were not exactly the same + the place don’t look exactly the same as on internet.
Service : we received a call bc the householder was having some personal issues (alright, that’s life). But we called the number, and it was difficult to reach someone + someone were in the hostel but no answer until the same person decided to scream something we didn’t understood.
Cleaning : it was clean ! But a smell of humidity.
Amenities : we were very happy, necessary things were available. BUT sleepers are not personal (maybe used by all the customers even if maybe cleaned), the breakfast is not homemade, it’s delivered (and it’s actually good !).
We enjoyed the place, even if it’s pretty far by foot, and difficult because of the several stairs. Jiufen is actually on a mountain, but it can be difficult for people with disabilities.
We were very happy, even we arrived pretty late, and the famous Old Street was closed when we finished to settle.
